Well, the story is somewhat intriguing, I'll give it that. Too bad the gameplay is just terrible. It essentially boils down to interacting with a bunch of random objects until events trigger. The "flavor text" (if you can call it that) isn't even grammatically correct and essentially just boils down to "This is a [object you just interacted with]". The puzzles I've encountered so far are all stupidly easy, although with some the way you're supposed to input the solution is so cryptic that even if you know the solution, you need a walkthrough to figure out how to input it. Generally, if you want to actually make decent progress, you pretty much need to follow a walkthrough exactly, which kinda defeats the purpose of a game like this. There's also the chase sequences, which are just confusing. It basically starts by hearing Nemu yell and the music changing. You'd think you should hide at that point, but actually no. This is more like an early warning. Absolutely nothing will happen unless you interact with two or three object, at which point she'll appear in the room. Even then, hiding is pointless unless you've set a trap, so you better be prepared to do that. If you don't have the correct items ready, it's pretty much game over. Now, what triggers these chase scenes? Any kind of specific story event? No. It happens after interacting with a certain amount of random objects. Even if you interact with the same object many times in a row, it will eventually trigger a chase sequence. What makes this particularly stupid is that you only have a finite amount of items to set traps, so you'll eventually get killed anyways if you take too many interactions to figure out what you should be interacting with. What an absolute tedious mess of a game. I can't recommend this to anyone unless you have a thing for bad games. Even then, I wouldn't suggest it even at the 10 bucks sale price. Granted, the VA and Illustrations are nice, but that's not worth much if the game isn't any good. If it was mostly a visual novel I would've probably forgiven somewhat crappy gameplay, but this is heavily gameplay focused. You'll be spending a good 90% of your time in gameplay sections, so this isn't even close to being a VN.
My life is so boring that I want to take part in such kind of stuff
I really liked how the game looks. The pixel-art style location looks incredibly cute. What adds to the atmosphere is that you can interact with almost every object. The seiyuu did a fantastic job; the acting feels believable, and the dialogues are a pleasure to listen to. The background music doesn't get tiresome and fits well into the overall picture of the game. I have nothing against the authors adding ecchi elements into the artwork. Even though they sometimes seem out of place, IMHO. I believe this can already be considered a classic for the thriller genre, both for Japanese and global works. If you're a fan of stories with time loops and time jumps, you should enjoy this. Since I'm a fan of such plots, I really liked it. And the whole yandere theme can be quite interesting to ponder at times. I can't say with absolute certainty that the gameplay isn't boring; let's just say it draws you in thanks to the story. There isn't too much repetitiveness, once you figure out how the game works. I pay my respects to Japanese game dev (sarcastically). As always, it surprises by how it embodies cultural quirks. Only in Japanese games do I find myself asking, "Why did they add this if you can't interact with it?" and then they give you the ability to do so, as if teasing: "This feature should have been there from the start, but that wouldn't be as fun, now would it?" I definitely liked the game, and I don't share the nitpicking from the negative reviews. You can tell that a lot of effort was put into the game, and it saddens me that so few games like this are being released.

RU
definitely an interesting story. I sure do love my doomed yuri, but ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ the game play was ass. took me a while to get used to the controls. I wish there was a timer or a count on how many clicks you have left before the antagonist arrives or when an event is triggered. i do love the game but i wouldn't really recommend it. other reviews explain the game-play much better than i can.
i wish i could give this game a positive review because it has potential but the core gameplay and plot is so lacking that it's not worth paying full price at all... the story is so basic like together we are sentimental death loop and they loop all over the place or something. at least the art is amazing I like the pixel style and the movement of the sprites and the cgs are high quality with animation if you ignore getting flashed every cutscene however, gameplay is total ass. the puzzles are boring and easy and i agree with other reviews saying this could have been coded as a point and click style game which would save so much headache?? also the "chase" scene gameplay is so ridiculous and janky wdym you can just put a stray piece of rope on the floor and she'll walk into it on her own and ♥♥♥♥ off to god knows where after the dramatic music ends im mad because this game could be good but its not whatever i wont touch it again
shes literally me
Fun game and nice story. Controls are abit wonky (ZXCV) but can be learned.
