You're a security officer deep within Area 51. Scan the staff, verify clearances, and decide who can enter the elevator and who absolutely mustn't leave. The deeper you go, the less certain you are that anyone standing before you is still human.
Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Security 51 is an atmospheric security guard simulator inspired by Papers, Please, and SCP paranoia. You're on duty in the underground bunker of Area 51, where the most dangerous part begins at the elevator: the shaft descends for miles down to unknown levels. Whether it's laboratories, anomalies, inhumane experiments, or something alien—you're not supposed to know. Your task is simple: let in those who have access and stop those who don't... even if everything looks "right" on the surface.
Everyone who passes through your checkpoint carries papers and passes. Your job is to check names, positions, clearance levels, and time, ensuring the number of people entering and leaving matches, and pay attention to any oddities. As time passes you'll catch yourself thinking that something's wrong more and more, and the only thing to rely on will be the protocols. But even they can be wrong.
With experience, you'll gain increasingly more accurate methods of identity verification, such as blood testing. Did that janitor simply open the wrong door, or are they a spy for an enemy government? Or are they not even human? When in doubt, quarantine the suspect. Sometimes you'll make mistakes and lock up an ordinary employee, and sometimes you'll find a titanium cell ripped open from the inside. Some decisions will have immediate consequences, others only after several shifts.
The consequences of every mistake go far beyond issues in the workplace. Let the wrong person out, and the infection will ravage the city. Isolate suspicious employees, investigate anomalies, and launch new operations to contain the threat before it's too late.
Remember, it's not just about who you let in, but who or what you let out into the world.

Reviews
A Papers Please knockoff that misses the entire point and core appeal of the original, which is handling the levels of complexity piling up. (With a smattering of ideas pilfered from Quarantine Zone.) With 2-3 conditions to check for each day, the game is mind-numbingly easy; and it's intolerable to try to complete all 9 branches given how little to do there is. Avoid. No matter how much you want another Papers Please, this is not it.
You would think that a game like this would have a focus on replayability. What instead happens when you start over is that you have to go through the tutorial prompts again, and none of the "tech" is kept from your last run, making it incredibly tedious. From the trailer I suppose there is some kind of "timeline" mechanic where you are maybe supposed to make alternate choices, but this is never explained to the player.

The Gameplay loop is good, but so far the story has me wanting for more. The theming, and the style is there. I think it just needs one more thing to make the loop of the day really pop. I was excited because I adored the gameplay of the last gas station and the story. The game is good, if you like papers please you'll enjoy it. I really love the whole containment and elevator stuff, and the city investigation. There's a but, though. But. I do have to mention some flaws. For one: the game takes control of your camera every time a new person arrives, and when certain actions are. And a lot of the upgrades I've seen so far have been...largely unessecary. They're just simple 'increase the radius' or 'speed up x task' things. I feel like there's not enough room on the desk, and I keep having items pop back to their old spots when trying to access an item underneath. Especially when you have the camera open, which you want open because you need it every 10 seconds or so. The stamping of the approve/deny feels somewhat clunky, and the radius of what it will accept needs to be bigger. It's the fact it prevents you stamping if it's too high, or if there's a document underneath. I get why that might be an issue, but at the same time there's just so little space. I also feel like there's a lot of localization issues. Take one day where you need to arrest anyone with 'packaged liver'. You'd think that would mean the medical report would read that. But the medical report reads things like 'baggie liver'. (Package means 'inside a container' sure. But it normally refers to boxes or parcels, not clear bags) I also spotted a spelling mistake in one of the containment/city reports. Then there's the camera. It feels like the field of view is too narrow, and you can't really capture the fancy anomolies and really get a good look at them. These aren't big issues, really. But they affect the game feel, and will make the game less approachable to a newcommer. I think the game just needed a little more playtesting, and maybe some more unique items in the store. I do love the red panda figurine, and I want to save up for it. But the benefit it provides, so far, doesn't seem that useful. Sure sanity is an issue, but the game isn't papers please difficult. Long story short: the game's style, and gameplay loop is really solid. It's just got a few minor issues that make it less approachable and more tedious in some areas.
Cool game, if you liked papers please you will like this one as well. Ending is bit weird tho.
遊玩日期只有29天約5小時就可以到,也沒甚麼特別劇情支線什麼,有點失望 內容不足
还可以,爱玩这个类型的。 食物多了真没啥用,吃三明治吃满饥饿之后喝咖啡就是极致性价比
First impressions were like okay this can interesting. But when you play for about 2-3 hours it feels like the game misses everything. The plot, mechanics, it falls short in just about this playtime. Some things you think you can control just feels random and have no bigger impact, your decisions even bad just dont punish you enough, days in the game sometimes take tops 4 minutes if you are quick. It gave me hope when i started but it just really feels like not finished game or game that was never meant to release in that state. After 4 hours of gameplay i think i already did everything i had to in this game, like theres nothing new to suprise the player its just stays in this loop of gameplay in a weird way. The foundation of the game itself had a really good potential to became a good maybe even better version of Papers Please, but they didn't deliver.

Only 2 hours in at the moment but it is so fun! I loved other similar games like "Papers Please" for instance and it scratches that same itch but with really cool science fiction aspects. Cannot wait to play more!
