Parking World: Build & Manage

Game is overall great! There is some jank and things i wish were different like the bathroom situation is just awkward to build, and the performance is god awful. i have a beast pc and get bad framerates when lots of cars are around. the menu system could use some work as well. But all those things aside the game is functional and fun!

I like the game and the niche theme. Maybe not perfect, but it's very satisfying (for me) to build a multi-story building and watch. Like an aquarium.

This game is great if you like building and seeing the results of your efforts. The scenarios quickly introduce you to how to play the game. While there is a management aspect also, it's not the frustrating type- it serves to keep you grounded in reality. This game is really easy to learn, and very rewarding to play. I'm glad I picked it up.

I really wanted to like this game... but it just doesn't do it for me. I got it assuming you would be a tycoon who buys different plots of land and can own multiple parking lots. But that is not the case. The game has bugs and pathfinding issues. Cars would randomly get stuck and would not self correct. The scenarios are ok... but in general this game just missed the mark.

Wow.. hard to build, why is there a pov and a drone? i honestly thought i was gonna have great fun with this but ... it really sucked controls are hard, the lighting is bad , everything is confusing i wish i didnt bother

👍 — Didn’t Think I’d Love Parking This Much 🚗💨 Picked this up yesterday and already have 9 hours on the clock — it’s way more addictive than I expected! The scenarios are great fun, each one adds new items and gives you just enough challenge to keep things interesting. It really makes you think about how to design a smooth, working parking lot with limited space. Power and water connections can be a little fiddly, but that’s a small thing compared to how satisfying it is to build a well-run garage. Free play mode is a nice bonus too, with loads of pieces to get creative. 9/10 — surprisingly relaxing, a bit chaotic, and definitely worth the price!

As a gamer and parking professional...this was a bust. it is cute, but it was a bust. I spent 15 minutes in the game building a surface lot for a festival, yep 60 stalls to serve a festival...hahaha. I wanted a sandbox experience with some AI, it wasn't there. Expectations may have been too high or hyped in previews or that I have a decade managing parking, but it missed the mark. It missed on overall parking management from the point of building a parking deck, surface lot management, payment processes, access to ADA stalls, motorcycle parking, EV charging, reserving stall systems in advance, lighting layouts, stall line painting, way finding, fire protection systems, garbage management, power washing, sweeping, realistic drain management, counting systems, unique gate system features, and so many other aspects to parking facilities. The weird robot made it just worse. Get rid of the weird robot. This could so easily be a built in system of a larger city, hospital setting, university, vacation area where parking demands are real. Each kind of location brings its own scenario and types of users. To the developers, look up the International Parking & Mobility Institute (IPMI) for resources to make this better.

Deutsch: Ich liebe Simulationsspiele und als ich Parking World: Build & Manage auf der GamesCom 2025 entdeckte, war meine Neugier geweckt! Das Spiel führt einen durch die Szenarien langsam an die Steuerung und die verschiedenen Bauweisen heran, mit jedem Szenario ein bisschen mehr. Ich bin gerade bei Szenario 4 und habe immer noch viel Spaß. Ich bin schon gespannt, wie das finale Szenario aussieht und wie sich der Sandbox-Modus danach spielt - den Sandbox-Modus habe ich bewusst etwas zurückgestellt. Für Simulationsbegeisterte ist es eine gelungene und unterhaltsame Abwechslung und ich bin gespannt, was sich die Entwickler als Nächstes einfallen lassen. Vielleicht kommen noch weitere Szenarien oder sogar Quests hinzu. Ich könnte mir auch eine größere Auswahl an Bauelementen und eine komplexere Ausgestaltung bestehender Systeme wie der Abwasserrohre vorstellen. Das Spiel braucht noch etwas Feinschliff, aber ansonsten ist es ein schönes und tolles Spiel. Die Entwickler sind jederzeit über ihren Discord-Kanal erreichbar und helfen bei Tipps oder Problemen. Ich gebe dem Spiel sehr gerne einen Daumen hoch :) English: I love simulation games, and when I discovered Parking World: Build & Manage at GamesCom 2025, my curiosity was piqued! The game slowly introduces you to the controls and different construction methods through the scenarios, a little more with each scenario. I'm currently on scenario 4 and am still having a lot of fun. I'm excited to see what the final scenario looks like and how the sandbox mode plays afterward - I've deliberately put the sandbox mode on the back burner. For simulation enthusiasts, it's a successful and entertaining change of pace, and I'm curious to see what the developers come up with next. Perhaps more scenarios or even quests will be added. I could also imagine a larger selection of building elements and a more complex design of existing systems like the sewer downpipes. The game still needs some fine-tuning, but otherwise, it's a beautiful and great game. The developers are always available via their Discord channel and can help with tips or problems. I'm happy to give the game a thumbs up :)
