About

In SCP: Retrieval, up to five players work together to complete objectives and contain a dangerous SCP.
Each match takes place on a handcrafted map where players must complete tasks such as retrieving items, destroying targets, or eliminating threats. Once all objectives are done, the final challenge is to locate and contain the SCP in the area.

Players start in a van, which acts as a mobile command center. Inside, a surveillance system lets them monitor teammates, check security cameras, and even tap into hostile feeds to track enemy movements.

Teamwork is crucial—communicate, plan your approach, and stay alert. Some missions will require stealth, while others may turn into all-out combat. The SCPs you face are unpredictable, and underestimating them can be fatal. If all players die, the mission fails. If they succeed, they secure the site and win the match.
With each successful retrieval, new challenges and more dangerous anomalies await!

It was initially challenging to figure it out, as the game doesn't hold your hand. But the game turned out to be enjoyable, and I'd definitely play future updates. There's a wide variety of SCPs, although it can be argued that the majority walk at you. It is funny to sacrifice a team member in the name of securing an SCP, but being dead for long periods also sucks. Overall, it's not bad and has a lot of potential, and I'm happy to give it a positive review at its current price point.
I would say it's a pretty good game. But, I can't run it on my laptop so I can't get in for 10 minutes. If the creators see this please fix this. It keeps crashing. Other than that it's good with amazing gameplay, however I had to refund it since it kept crashing.
You can't finish the woods level, which is 50% of the game. The other 50%, the subway, the SCP seems to be anle to clip through the train and push players out. While, it could be argued this is part of what makes it an SCP, it's not and it just feels broken. I have requested a refund as its just not fun at the moment. Will happily try it again when it's more fleshed out
Tato hra je velice podařená, libí se mi na této hře styl her puppet combo. Jediná škoda je, že se to neodehrává v Nové Běle.
I'm gonna make a positive review because I think this game has potential, but it's really lacking in a lot of stuff. FIrst, the gameplay, in concept, is nice but there is a lot of problems. The SCPs just kinda walk towards you, just in different speed and spawnrates. Of course, there's ones like 173 or 096 that have a more unique approach but they are exceptions. And 173 is broken, if it's not impossible to win it's feels like it's way harder than it should be, especially when there's 3 of them. Also, the interaction with the SCPs while transporting researchers and civillians is way harder because they run in a random direction really fast, this was especially a problem with the flamingo one that one of the simply ran after the researcher until almost the border of the map at the other side of spawn and, because of the revive mechanic of them, the researcher walked a few steps and then started to run away again, it was really annoying. Another note I wanted to make is that, I might just be being dumb but I feel like I need to say it just in case, even though there are the lights to show you where the place to get people to is, it still took a lot more of my time than it should because it was really more intuitive to try to make them enter the van and not the border of the map on the open forest, and even though this isn't a big deal in the forest map, I still have absolutely no idea where I'm supposed to take people there. Another thing is that there is only just a few of ways to contain the SCPs. Like, the bag for the butcher makes sense(I don't really know which scp is that, he might not even be a butcher, I'm sorry) because he runs away and you think "oh, this might be the time to catch him with the bag", but what am I supposed to do with the bag with the red monsters that I assume are the creatures from the red lake? They become puddles when they die and when I tried to use the bag on them it didn't even show the icon to interact, and there are way, way to many, I don't know how I'm supposed to use the bag. Maybe I'm just dumb, but I really couldn't think of any way to do it. Also, it would be really cool if there was more unique ways to catch every SCP, to make it have more variety. The last thing I wanna talk about is the maps, that I know you're going to improve them, just like anything from the game I suppose, but I think I should talk about them too. The forest map is way too bland but it's okay for a game in an early stage, but the metro one is really hard to defend. The metro map makes you wait for a train to stop because it takes way to long to go walking and the stations are really empty, it destroys all the pace of the game when you have to just stop and wait. But I know the game is in a early stage and I know a lot of the thing I said will probably be fixed, and I'm really looking forward to it. This game has a really big potential to be a fun game where you do your runs and get more equipment and go for another scp and stuff. There's so much that could be explored and I really hope this game will have a bright future. I believe in you, guys.
This game is dead and probably won't receive any updates. Not fun and a lot of bugs
The game is not ready
Mad underrated even if it is early access, hopefully this game can go the distance and do what Recontainment couldn't.
pretty good wish it had more content though
