Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 5.14/day in the week to Jul 25 → 5.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
When the world is coming to an end, who would you want to speak to one last time?
In that final moment, if you could accompany souls wandering between life and death, what words would you choose to share with them?
Schrödinger’s Call gently unfolds a picture-book-like world.
It speaks softly to your heart, helping you notice what truly matters, once more.
Through the lingering regrets of others, we hope this story quietly shines a light on you too.
Twenty-one nanoseconds separate life from death.
The moon is about to fall, and only a moment remains before everything ends.
Mary wakes up in a strange room, her memories gone.
Guided by a mysterious cat named Hamlet, she becomes the “World’s Last Confidant.”
With a single phone by her side, Mary listens to the voices on the other end.
To the lives they lived, and the moments they left behind, just before the moon fell.
Phone calls left unfinished by the falling moon. Voices of those still trapped between life and death, waiting for someone to pick up the phone again.
Words left unsaid, feelings never realized, and the people they wished they could see one last time.
As Mary notes down these lingering regrets, chapter by chapter, she walks alongside the voices on the other end—and perhaps, you begin to see what truly matters as well.
How will Mary listen to the words of souls still wandering between life and death?
How will she walk alongside them?
And with only twenty-one nanoseconds left before the world ends, what words would you choose to share with them?

Sometimes it takes a masterpiece such as this to truly speak to a person. Fiction can truly reach what people need to hear the most, and this story does this perfectly.
瑪莉,你也要好好保重,再見了...... QQQQ
just beautiful
the soundtrack was really beautiful, i didn't really like the first two stories but i'm glad i stuck with it until the end. philip's theme is genuinely heartbreaking
Schrödinger's Call masterfully emphasizes the "visual" part of visual novel, but is also far from lacking in its story. Mary finds herself in a strange situation. There's a phone and a talking cat, Hamlet, who tells her she is the world's last confidant. Apparently, the world will end in 21 nanoseconds—the moon crashed into it—and in this limbo between life and death, Mary must relieve people of their burdens to help them peacefully pass away. Schrödinger's Call's presentation is beautiful. There are kaleidoscopic animations, an amber, flickering filter that makes it look like an old documentary, and stunning hand-drawn-looking art. The sound design is similarly well-crafted, every sound effect perfectly fitted for what it represents, and the music is phenomenal, too. Even the placement of the choices on screen seems like it was painstakingly decided on. The story is heartrending, too. Each character featured has a sorrowful backstory that Mary helps them remember and come to terms with, but they rarely feel melodramatic. The fourth character especially had me tearing up at times. The biggest flaw with Schrödinger's Call is that it's extremely repetitious. Mary gets off of a call with a character who just said "XYZ," and then recaps, "Wow, I can't believe that character just said 'XYZ,'" and the scene from not more than 30 seconds ago replays. This happens all the time, and is very frustrating; the game treats its readers like they have the memory of a goldfish. It especially puts a damper on the final 10-15% of the game. The same information is repeated 5—maybe 6?—times over the course of (for me) about an hour. As soon as I thought it was over—"Here go two more for y'all." Overall though, I'd still recommend Schrödinger's Call to anyone looking to see what a VISUAL novel operating on full capacity looks like. Unlike some VNs, it couldn't easily be translated to a text-only experience. And although it often condescends to its readers, the story is, on the whole, great. 8/10 (My playtime didn't track correctly: it's actually about 7 hours.)
