Reboot qui a fait causer avec son Santo Ileso tout stylé et ses promesses de Saints old-school nouvelle génération, mais bourré de débats sur la map géante à grind comme un checklist Ubisoft et des bugs qui collent encore à la peau malgré les patches. J'avais lâché après le 4, et encore j'ai jamais fini un Saints Row pour être honnête. Je sais que le 2 et 3 sont classique donc je me suis dit: si ils ont retapé la formule next gen, allons voir ce que ça donne. J'ai lancé le jeu 2h30 et trop vite ressenti la vibe d'avoir une map à compléter, un gameplay daté qui traîne des pieds, et des personnages sans charisme qui tombent à plat. J'ai juste fui.

It's not quite on the level of the 2nd or 3rd but not Gat out of hell and that other crap after at least either. If you're looking for gta6 this isn't it, if your looking for a better take go at them making Saints Row 4 this is closer to that but with less likable gangs and characters. The game play loop feels more like 2 or 3. Some of the silliness and jokes could and probably should of been cut. SR was always bootleg GTA so come with that in mind and you should be happy, especially if you get it on sale. Cons: Story is a little weak same with characters, not quite a crime sim. Pros: Gameplay is fun if not a little over the top at times. Solid exploration with good movement to facilitate it. Lots of customizations for all kinds of stuff. I got this game as part of a package and truth be told, I honestly thought it was the original Saints Row, which while never my favorite, it was something I wanted to check out again after all these years. When I actually looked at it, I realize it was the last iteration of the game. OK since I bought it, might as well try it. Only problem, even though it states full controller support, it didn't allow the use of my controller at all. The options for the controller are there, but when you try and do anything with the controller, nothing happens. I know the controller works because all my other games play perfectly with it. I can take screenshots with the controller, but start the game, do anything with the game? Nope. Definitely getting my money back for this pile of excrement.
