Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 19: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Latest in each market: best FR #47, worst CA #99 · 13 markets collected
US · last 30 days
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 35.43/day in the week to Aug 18 → 246.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

The game's immersion, environment and sound design is brilliant, the graphics are beautiful and over all the actual gun play is quite rewarding - however, this is totally blind sided by the AWFUL AI. They are given cheats, will beam you within seconds of spotting you and sometimes will begin firing through walls. It totally ruined the game for me as every conflict felt unfair. Bushes? Useless. Trees? Useless. Broken car? Useless in terms of cover. I found you're better off sprinting in circles to dodge bullets that duck behind cover. Until there's a mod that improves the AI, or there's some sort of update - don't bother buying the game. It reminds me of EFT, where shotgun scavs would head eyes you across the map.
No, no, no, no, no, no, no. Call of Pripyat is one of my favourite games ever. Seeing what they've done with this - all the million and one annoyances they've added and the all the fun they've stripped out of it - none of this can be fixed, even with mods. A great large open world ruined by frustrating design decisions. Enjoy exploring for no good reason because there's nothing of interest to find except unfair deaths. Imagine a whole game full of moments like the roof archers from Dark Souls. No thanks.
Stalker 2 more like Walker 2, could I at least get a bike or something? This game is good fun but it has the environmental distancing and design of a game that's trying to exponentially increase your play time by removing bridges, adding killzones in random places, and making every single POI 4000 miles apart with one of the WORST "fast travel" systems I've seen. There are usually a total of 4 places you can "fast travel" to, which REQUIRES YOU TO BE IN ONE OF THOSE PLACES TO DO SO. The number of times I have had to backtrack because I've found that the route I took in an open world led to an unavoidable cliff, or river, or wall which forces me to travel 4x the distance back around to the "correct" entry has taken years off my life due to blood pressure alone. Most of the other stuff is fun but getting anywhere is a complete slog.
1/5 - 30 Minutes just to download shaders every time you play...
Sadly, the game is not worth the money or the time. Better play Gamma or... I dont know... go to the STALKER Airsoft Event
This game is exactly what I wished it to be. When the game was in development I was dreaming about playing stalker and was dreaming about how the graphics could look like. And the picture I see is exactly how I would like it to be! The story itself is mid-quality, I don't really find it fascinating. But I love wandering the Zone, exploring its hidden parts - actually developers created a miriad of small hidden places that are super interesting to explore, some places have their small background story which can be revealed by attentive players. The game preserves (at least as far as it can in modern reality) the vibes of original trilogy. The Zone is still dark in places and friendly in some other places. But again the picture is beautiful and the overall perception of the Zone doesn't differ much from the original trilogy. Though, I experience some bugs from time to time, they are: 1. Lighting artifacts in dark areas, lighting artifacts of NPCs hair (Faust and Strider had their hair shine in some cutscenes) 2. NPCs behave oddly sometimes. For example, suring monolyth attack on Zalissya the monolyth soldiers hanged and stayed still until I provoked them (even though I know from previous experience they should have attacked Zalissya by themselves without provoking). Overall I love the game
