Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2.43/day in the week to Sep 14 → 11/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Everything I wanted in this game that was originally there is no longer there. I’ll stick with gmod. Thanks anyway.

This is not a game, it's a skin idling simulator. The "games" offered are not worth your money, or your time. All the old favorites from original Gmod have 0 players. The character customization is lazy. The humans, and sausage people share the same customizations. You are better off playing original Gmod.
unoptimized ai coded slop. The only games that run decent are ones where you can literally count the polygons on the models. Referring to this game as a spiritual successor to garry's mod makes me want to vomit, much like the sausage characters that facepunch thought was so necessary to the point they would rather sacrifice the majority of their player playerbase than remove them. Garry you make me sick
First off I'll say I don't think I gave the game the most patience with my playtime, I spent more time watching a couple friends play the game at launch, but I feel like I've waited years for this only for it to run terribly and have the ugliest character models I've ever seen stuffed into a ton of unimaginative sub-par gamemodes with gaudy ai thumbnails that were supposedly the best the game currently had to offer after a couple years of developer testing and a month post-release. And on that note I can't believe what's been put out is somehow a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ full release, I kept looking back at this store listing for an early access tag and was baffled over and over again not seeing it, I just can't believe this is somehow Source 2 with how limp and boring everything feels. It's a sort of game engine first, so you can only really judge things as far as how the individual creators have made their own games, but I'd say whatever people have been given isn't sufficient enough to make anything that feels stimulating or actually fun to play. I'm probably just being unrealistic and impatient, given enough time some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ geniuses could probably make some actual good games, but as things are I don't know what the odds are anyone will invest their time into something that seems mediocre and parades around these characters that look so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ugly and boring. But who knows, I'll probably check back in next year and update my review then.
Separating from the whole Garry's Mod 2 idea completely killed this game and it shows. On launch you had 12k and now there is barely anyone on this game. I have to have a NASA computer powered by a nuclear reactor to play this game. Currently at the time of writing this there is 16k players playing Garry's Mod and that isnt even at peak hours. Disappointing game.
I decided to try this out to see if this was worth playing at this time. I've found it's been a interesting little jaunt. I know you've seen I've put less than an hour into the game as of this review, but if you'd hear me out I have a few thoughts. I wasn't aware of S&Box until right before launch. I was introduced to it with the announcement of it doubling as a "Source 2 SDK" that can also be used to publish standalone games eventually. And while I can't testify to what was right or wrong there, I think this game shows potential. I've had Gmod for a long time, but was never much into the social aspect of it. It felt less like a game and more like a place to ♥♥♥♥ around, like in GTA Online or such, The game as is right now feels more like a hub of tech demos that are severely underpopulated. Pretty polished looking techdemos for the most part, but tech demos none the less. Ultimately, I'm not sure this is my cup of tea, but I have hopes this may become something great one day, so I may be back if that happens. Oh, also, this thing took like 3hrs to render the shaders on my rig on LinuxMint, it is unoptimized as ♥♥♥♥ and that makes it a massive barrier to entry to most gamers who can't shill out for a beefy gaming PC. Maybe fix that Garry.
sadly i couldnt play even with a gaming pc it wouldnt load and it crashed alot
More like Roblox two. This game is filled with AI Garbage and only one real role player server (darkrp). The controls should be put as gmod controls, it’s very confusing trying to speak in the game when the default key binds are all different. It’s like trying to do its own thing but takes away the fundamentals of gmod that we all love. I hope this game gets better overtime.
