Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 26 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

very good side scrolling/zelda retro game. control works fine (xbox suported). as your character level up you can choose which stat to increase, 4 different difficulty to choose depending on your skill level, different weapon/armor to equip depending on the situation (enemy or boss your fighting). boss fight are interesting but lack diversity

Rush to Adventure is a retro-inspired action title that wears its influences proudly, delivering an experience that feels as though it could have been discovered in a forgotten cartridge collection from the late 1980s. Developed and published by Digital Awakening, the game transports players to a dangerous island filled with monsters, hidden secrets, and ancient curses. Its premise is simple but effective: survive the island, strengthen your hero, and uncover a path back home. While its concept may appear familiar, the game manages to establish its own identity through its blend of exploration, platforming, and progression systems. The adventure alternates between two perspectives that help keep the pacing fresh. The overworld is viewed from above, allowing players to traverse different regions, speak with non-playable characters, and discover points of interest scattered throughout the island. Once players enter a stage, the game shifts into a side-scrolling format reminiscent of classic console adventures. This structure gives Rush to Adventure a satisfying rhythm, balancing moments of discovery with fast-paced action. Each level introduces new enemies, environmental hazards, and platforming sequences that gradually increase in complexity as players advance deeper into the island. Character progression is one of the game's strongest aspects. Enemies provide experience points that can be invested into attributes such as vitality, attack power, movement speed, and stamina. In addition, players can spend their hard-earned currency on a selection of equipment, including stronger weapons, defensive shields, and protective armor. Unlockable abilities like Sprint, Power Attack, and Dive Attack add further variety to combat encounters, ensuring that progression feels meaningful rather than superficial. By the latter stages of the game, players will notice a substantial difference between their humble beginnings and their fully upgraded hero. Content is generous for a title built around retro sensibilities. The game offers more than forty levels spread across multiple environments, ranging from lush forests and open fields to gloomy graveyards, towering fortresses, and mysterious temples. Four difficulty settings cater to different audiences, from players looking for a relaxed nostalgic journey to those seeking a more demanding challenge. The inclusion of a ranking system at the end of every stage also adds a competitive element, encouraging players to revisit levels and improve their performance. Those with an appreciation for speedrunning will likely find themselves returning repeatedly to shave precious seconds off their best times. Presentation plays an important role in capturing the game's nostalgic appeal. The pixel art is colorful and expressive without becoming overly detailed, maintaining an aesthetic that remains faithful to the era it seeks to emulate. Likewise, the chiptune soundtrack complements the action nicely, providing energetic melodies during combat and more atmospheric tracks while exploring the island. Although the visuals and audio may not push technical boundaries, they succeed in creating a cohesive and charming package that consistently evokes memories of classic gaming. Despite its strengths, Rush to Adventure is not without flaws. Its commitment to old-school design means that some mechanics can feel rigid by modern standards, particularly during platforming sections that demand precise timing. Certain difficulty spikes may also frustrate players who are unprepared for the challenge, and the story itself remains relatively minimal throughout the adventure. The game's emphasis on replaying stages for better rankings will appeal to completionists, but others may find the repetition less engaging over time. Ultimately, Rush to Adventure succeeds by understanding exactly what kind of experience it wants to provide. It is a straightforward, nostalgia-driven action adventure that combines exploration, character growth, and replayability into a compact package. While it may not reach the legendary status of the titles that inspired it, it delivers enough personality and enjoyable mechanics to stand on its own. Fans of classic action-platformers and players seeking a retro experience with modern conveniences will likely find this hidden gem worth discovering. Rating: 7/10
The pixel art looked good, Other than that the game itself lacked content (npcs are question marks) it is extremely overpriced. (at most id pay 5$ for this but its priced at 10$) and what really kills it is the incredibly gimmicky gameplay. It heavily relied on off-screen gameplay (like predicting when an iron zombie would be far away from the cliffs edge in purple cave despite having an utlrawide monitor) Getting hit 10x in a row because of stuff you can't control way to often. And enemies that generally don't have a startup animation (at least not one thats easy enough to learn. In short this game needs a lot of work, or a price reduction. After beating the game I would like to note that it was slightly less gimmicky then i let on, but due to the high price and lack of content in some areas (again such as shopkeepers) i would still not recommend this. If it where a lower price (about 5$) though i think the game would be worth getting.
good game, has that special zelda ii nes look and play. i bought it at a discount 90% off only 0.81 euro. bargain - wishlist it if you are unsure you want it and buy it later when there is a sale !
I can't suggest this if you've already got thousands of games in your library and having difficult locating the ones you want to play, before you die, through all of the shovelware. This is an amateur title and very minimalistic but the developer has demonstrated they have the basic idea down. Assuming the developer is probably in Jr. High and not asking much for this game to start with I don't want to discourage a good effort or ambition and therefore I'm adding another thumbs but I seriously wish Steam would open a site called 'Steam Shovel' and move all of the kiddy-bopper Gamemaker games to it as it's very hard to discern what to take seriously nowadays since even big development houses are using retro graphics.
It's a fun retro type game with a basic design and decent sound/music. If you happen to see this game at 90% off like I did, I'd recommend picking it up!

The controls are not very good. Inputs drop, which is very frustrating in fights. I only paid a dollar and I still requested a refund because I refuse to play a game with scuffed, unresponsive controls. Unacceptable.
