Hitchhike your way to freedom in this crazy procedurally generated road trip. No one's road is the same!

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 7.14/day in the week to Aug 10 → 22.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Well, big emotions, that’s for starters. I think it’s pretty clear that with the whole ICE situation in the US, the game sends a strong message. Although that’s an understatement considering how well the story is developed. The graphics don’t really fit my style; they remind me of those cheap mobile phone games, but other than that this game rocks. I’m proud to say I pulled off an all-nighter just to finish it in one go - not regretting it one bit. I’m currently bowling my eyes out cause I’m an oversensitive bi@tch, but let me honestly say - I have never once in my life felt sorry for a cop - and my mom is one. Franny and Alex’s story was deeply personal to me, since I was a runaway kid myself. Zoe is exactly what I wanted to be as a teenager, which made me angry that I was never brave enough - but that’s good; there’s always something new to learn. John made me question my type in men (and if it was just my daddy issues talking or wha TvT). Sonya was as annoying as a reporter can be (I’m a journalist in making; trust me on this), and Stan and Mitch were hilarious from start to finish. The plot twist? Amazing job; it literally left me baffled. Jarod gave me such creeps I looked away every time he got on screen. I hate that psycho; he was great. Max’s subplot was… devastating to watch. It made me uncomfortable, but again, art SHOULD make us uncomfortable. As a white woman and (thankfully) not a US citizen, I can only feel for those stories, learn from them, and try my best to understand the struggles of people of color. Also, besides the clear and very important message imo, Road 96 made me wish for this runaway lifestyle I dream of even as an adult. Hitchhiking, random bus rides, just hitting the road is something I always wanted to do, though in this situation I imagine I couldn’t possibly romanticize it. The whole vibe was like Life is Strange 2 (which is, if I might add, the best part of the franchise), so if you want a similar experience, this one’s for you. Over and out, sweet peas, xx. (ps.: big thanks to an old friend of mine, amazing b-day gift <3)
