Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 7.14/day in the week to Aug 10 → 22.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

LOL, a game about KABUR AJA DULU, or fleeing your country because your Country it’s corrupt, with a dysfunctional bureaucracy; a country that claims to be a democracy but is merely a sham, led by a dictatorship and his cronies, set in the 1990s, and after play for more than 20 hours, this game relevant for my condition in my country today and even in past lmaooo, This game excels in its narrative, the portrayal of supporting characters, and its world-building, which combines the deserts and mountains of the US with the conditions of a corrupt nation typical of the Second and Third Worlds, creating a truly unique thematic world. Furthermore, the portrayal of the game’s main villain—a dictator from a fictional country within the game, inspired by the Soviet leader Leonid Brezhnev—is quite unique. Unfortunately, the narrative—which centres on the primary objective of simply trying to escape—is combined with a cast of teenage characters, which feels a bit odd. Why not set it with young adults? Why must the characters be teenagers, with an average age ranging from around 13 to 18?

good game , make you see new different angle from this life , and incredible how they design the game and the event's . but it's boring af like for real i just wanna finish it and i was suffering and making bad decisions just to end it fast ..
While i wouldn't necessarily call this a masterpiece like some people would, i still enjoyed my time meeting the different characters and how their storylines develop. Ending feels a bit abrupt and i wish there was more at this part of the game in particular. If you enjoy this type of game, I'd recommend you picking it up especially on sale like i did. Solid 7.5/10 imo.
Super jeu !
This might be a long review; TLDR, I had a great time with the game and if you're big into Life is Strange, you'll probably love this one! But I'm still unsure if the game wants me to take it seriously or as a satire. The game is visually gorgeous! I really like the colorful artstyle, feels like playing through a painting. The soundtrack is also really good, and overall I think the design of the key characters is really great. What kept me coming back tho is the gameplay loop, it's such an interesting and unique way of progressing through the story. We get to know each key characters the more we meet with them on the road, which in turn unlock some unique abilities. Every choices we make impact the overall story and who we end up meeting, which heavily impact the choices we'll be able to make in our future runs. Road 96's gameplay loop is definitely the highlight for me! As much as I liked the game tho, there is something that almost made me drop it; the Narrative. And not for the way you're probably thinking, the values the game conveys are important. Maybe I'm simply just getting too old for game like this, but everything was a bit too 'On The Nose', too 'Obvious' for me to take it seriously? I felt like I was back watching The Boys. I already mentioned it - think if Life is Strange's "cringy teenager worldview" was cranked to the max (no pun intended) and you get Road 96. One of the key character, Alex, a nerdy 14year old and the first character you meet in game, made me want to bash my head against a wall multiple time. Imagine Jesse Pinkman, but if he was also a Redditor. Stan and Mitch were probably my 'favorites' only because it's clear they're meant to be a goofy ass duo, you're meant to laugh at them, in contrary to the rest of the cast. You're supposed to feel for them and to take them seriously, but I couldn't get immersed in their stories at all. Everything felt like a caricature, a parody, and maybe that's the point? Still recommend the game overall, it's a cool experience if you can turn your brain off for a couple of hours.
