About
This game is not like any other retail sim. In Ripperdoc Simulator, you are the surgeon of the shadows — a black-market specialist who installs cybernetic body mods in the darkest corners of a sprawling cyberpunk megalopolis. By day, you run a dingy electronics shop in a crime-ridden district, trading in junk tech and refurbished gear. By night, you perform illegal implantations on desperate clients seeking power, beauty, or survival — no matter the cost.
Run Your Clinic from the Shadows
Disguise your operation behind a cluttered tech store. Sell modded devices, source rare components, and keep the authorities off your trail.
Perform Gruesome Procedures
Extract eyes, amputate limbs, and replace flesh with chrome in fully interactive, gore-drenched surgeries. Every implant has a purpose — and a price.
Meet the City’s Desperate and Dangerous
From street thugs to corpo defectors, clients will come to you with their own stories, demands, and risks. Will you enhance them… or exploit them?
Upgrade Your Setup
Improve your tools, expand your hidden operating theater, and acquire illicit software to unlock new procedures and modifications.
Live the Cyberpunk Grind
Balance the life of a shady ripperdoc with the gritty economy of the slums. Buy low, sell high, and trade favors with gangs, fixers, and black-market vendors.
Inspired by classic cyberpunk, body horror, and dark dystopian futures, Ripperdoc Simulator throws you into the pulsing veins of a broken society — where salvation is sold by the inch, and your scalpel is the key to survival.

Reviews
I'd say this game has a lot of potential with the idea, it sounds awesome. However, as the game is now, it feels more like an alpha build than a game ready for sale: * After buying the game you still have the "Wishlist now!" button on the screen * The sensitivity is not the same vertically as it is horizontally so looking up and down feels sluggish while left to right feels insanely fast * There's no reason to unlock any new licenses for new items to sell as the most profitable items are available in the first category * The speed at which you gain xp is not nearly enough for the amount of skill points you need to unlock new surgeries. After an hour of gameplay I have barely unlocked the second type out of I think 5(?), but I keep getting requests for surgeries I would have to play another 10 hours to unlock. That wouldn't be a problem if the shop part was fleshed out but it's really not, so it would just be the same exact thing over and over. * There's no way to automate anything or even a way to stock shelves by holding down a button so you end up having to order everything, pick up the boxes and carry them inside, click manually for every single item you want to put on the shelf, carry the box to the recycler, stay behind the cash register, and also run the surgery. There are lots of other small things that should be polished up but I think I get my point across. It basically feels the same as the demo as there's no real progression to be had. HOWEVER, I think this game has a lot of potential if it keeps getting worked on as this is a great proof of concept, but it's much too lacking in polish and content for me to be able to recommend it as a game.
Okay, so I do enjoy the game. At first. After about 30-45 minutes, not so much. Extremely repetitive and grinding is the name of the game. I have nearly 2 hours in this game, and only have two surgery types. I need so many skill points to unlock the rest, yet earning said skill points takes forever. I could not find a way to expand my store or sell old/smaller shelves, so space is extremely limited and thus makes earning cash to allow me to purchase licenses to sell better, more expensive products, also takes a while. I definitely think the game has potential. Needs some more things worked out and expanded on and I would highly recommend this game. But as of the current state on 12/2/2025, I cannot recommend this game.
Add more operations, arrange the graphics, and add new furniture and furnishings, also adding the possibility of making the store bigger.
So far so good. I like the surgeries aspect of it and the feel of a distopian cyberpunk world
https://youtu.be/8CtAjmOVX3g 🦾 Critique Steam – Ripperdoc Simulator
On démonte, on remplace, on ajuste… chaque geste compte.
It's good.
great game, the best time killer
Ripperdoc Simulator
performing surgery with brute force My name is G0disPink and I have a YouTube channel where I play and upload my first experience with a game unedited. Most of my videos are 20 to 30 minutes in length and this is my critique from my short time with the game. Similarities From

Any store simulator game
The Good

Cyberpunk theme and music
Easy to pick up and figure out
The Bad

Customers come in and buy you out really fast
Different surgeries need just a little more instructions
Final Opinion Fun game if you like the store simulation movement and don't get squirmish around blood and genitals.
