Real Pharmacy Simulator

Unfortunately, I have to give this game a negative review and I hate doing that. Currently, it is hard to understand. There is no tutorial, I had no clue what to do. There was nothing but a phone with 4 messages talking about ordering items, that’s it. I’ve tried starting the game over and nothing has changed. There is only a simple mode, which I thought I would like as I am not particularly interested in story driven games like these. It is buggy. Yes, it’s early access but it is very buggy and even difficult to play. I thought this game would be nice but unfortunately, I had to refund. Once you start out, every single person that comes in gets angry because you don’t know what you’re doing. I got the medicine the customer wanted, scanned it, somehow got the money, the medication never disappears, and I couldn’t pick up the cash which was over $5k. Once you start giving out change, you cannot pick it back up. Again, I don’t like leaving a negative review but please add a tutorial. The computer system was hard to understand without any explanation besides the “text message” you get about ordering medication. That’s it. I think this game has potential but in its current state, it’s not worth it. That is why I had to refund.

The game isnt ready at all yet. Most things dont work at all. i could see it being good with a lot of work. If the dev makes improvements ill try it again and delete the review.

The game had a really bad start but the Dev is trying to fix it. Most of would of given up but there trying so I give them a thumbs up for that.

[b]Medical diagnostic show signs = [ Failure ][/b] After looking at this store page for few months to see the pharmacy simulator genre is quite low compare to grocery/supermarket, retail & restaurant genre. I did like the look of the game screenshots as it seem to show promising to what it can deliver. But after experience a while to notice quite a lag when the game set to ultra. But it got quite better when it being set down while the visual didn't look all the difference. But there are many problems in the game to which I've decided to get a refund since the wait would not be worth it. Before I give out my list of problems is to which I'm sure the solo developer is doing what he can to make the game better as possible. But I can't wait anyway since I do play other simulator games that I go through hourly on daily basis as well other genre. My Rating: 1.5 Stars out of 5 (Not Recommend) My first problem of the game is in the main menu is story mode (Grayed out / not clickable) & Simple Mode aka sandbox mode as you can only start there. I'd notice that the customers are either have the unhappy or angry mode which give you less time to go out of your way to buy the products, wait for delivery & then retrieve to the basket. Also there is NO tutorial on the screen as you would be able to look into the smartphone. But that doesn't come helpful at all as you would feel like a headless chicken & clocking being ticked down quite quick as customers leave. The doors can be very annoying when it won't stay open long & shut right in your face before going to the next room. There is a chance for the product to disappear if you suddenly move it away from the shelf or basket. Here's the thing if the tutorial is not supposed to be in Simple mode then why is Story mode not selectable? There is no music so far that I can hear especially try to press the button on the radio as it does nothing. If simple mode is selectable then all medicine should be on the shelf by default. This game should've not been rushed to release too soon before testing the game like a demo or prologue with early feedback. I'm sure if he would've delayed the game to be in 2025 instead of doing this month could've save some headache. Also if you try to press end day button at the bus stop which is not in English btw as it doesn't click & you are pretty much stuck at the pharmacy. The controls are okay as I wasn't sure the purpose of getting the bottle to fill the water. Also in simple mode the time starts at night and not sure if there is a day/night cycle which is confusing as why the windows get dirty way to quickly after cleaning with the sponge. It's hard to trust developer when it comes down to their spent when releasing the game either too early in early access, 1.0 FV or just come for the cash grab. Maybe if the developer would spend more time interacting with potential customers in steam discussion in community hub & not just discord. Then perhaps it would be a service to connect any problem with possible solutions in a timely manner & not feel abandoned. For now that I got the refund since this game clearly wasn't ready & not recommended as of yet. But if you want to take a chance & wait for any updates for the game then go ahead & do so. As I'm ready to move on elsewhere!

The Dev did finally get the performance problem fixed. Game now is in the beginning stages and still needs work. Great concept of a game and can't wait to see whats in store.

I can confirm this game is still broken, buggy and confusing. Also why the ♥♥♥♥ are people paying thousands for cold and flu medicine. The products refuse to go on shelves once they are taken off, there is no story mode, the customers request medicine you don't have from point dot and the graphics are horrible for 2025 (this is coming from someone that likes low poly games) honestly, de list this actual garbage and do better. I requested a refund after 14 minutes of attempting to play it.

This game's looking pretty solid rn! Found a few bugs while playing but hit up the dev about them and they fixed everything the same day - honestly one of the most responsive devs I've ever dealt with! The roadmap is looking huge with tons of cool stuff planned. Really hope they can handle all of it and don't end up dropping the project. Def gonna keep an eye on this one!

This game needs alot of work i tried it for awhile but did'nt understand how to do much in the game. Nothing really telling you how to do anything and when you do try something it does'nt work. Its a hard game to play. There is no tutorial just written instruction that don't really explain on how to do anything. Devs you need a tutorial that would explain on how to do things what you did just does'nt work.
