About
I am not a Doctor... But I know Pharmacology.
I am not a BSc Student... But I know Organic Chemistry.
I am not an MBA graduate... But I know Management.
I am not a CA... But I know Accounts.

Step behind the counter of your very own drugstore!
From validating prescriptions to managing complex inventory, every decision impacts your bottom line—and your reputation.
Take the role of the cashier, manager, accountant, and health consultant all in one person - the Pharmacist.

I will consider the welfare of humanity and the relief of suffering as my primary concerns.
The bell is ringing, and the queue is growing. Whether it's a life-saving prescription or a simple painkiller, it is your job to get the right product into the customer's hands.
Stock & Retrieve: Navigate your inventory to find specific pills, syrups, and ointments. If it's not on the shelf, you can't sell it!
Scan & Checkout: Manage the cash register, handle payments, and bag items efficiently to keep the line moving.
Process Prescriptions: Analyze, validate, and locate the correct medication on your shelves. Be wary of the fakes!

I will apply my knowledge, experience, and skills to the best of my ability to assure optimal outcomes for all patients.
Not everyone has their mind set on the exact medicine or comes in with a slip of paper.
Patients will arrive with colds, allergies, and aches, looking for your expertise. You are the expert—it's time to prove it.
Analyze Symptoms: Listen carefully to patient complaints. Whether it's a dry cough, a fever, or a mysterious rash, you need to identify the root cause.
Recommend the Right Cure: Sift through your knowledge of medications to suggest the right over-the-counter treatment.
Reputation is Everything: Providing the right advice boosts your Pharmacy Rating and earns customer loyalty.

I will embrace and advocate for changes that improve patient care.
You start in a cramped shop with limited stock. As you earn profit, reinvest it to build your vision. Keep your shelves stocked and your checkout lines short to achieve a 5-star rating.
Obtain Licenses: Unlock permits to sell new medicines and controlled substances.
Set Prices Accordingly: Balance profit margins against customer satisfaction. Mark up your bestsellers to make a quick buck, or offer discounts to build long-term loyalty. If you price-gouge too hard, customers will walk out dissatisfied and empty-handed.
Furnish and Expand Pharmacy: Start with a small floor plan and purchase more space to attract and accommodate more customers. Fill that space with new shelves to stock your medications and other furniture.
I promise to devote myself to a lifetime of service to others through the profession of pharmacy, in fulfilling this vow.
Unplayable mess. Best to avoid for now (Patch #3). The developers are deluded if they think this is anything other than a broken Early access game marked as a full release.
I work through a lot of bad games with bugs and early access nonsense, but this one is particularly bad. These bugs will break progress as they break basic functions.

Not being able to price items, or have entire shelves of items disappear when moving a shelf undoes time spent progressing.
Having NPCs lock up. I had one stare at a shelf for 4 days straight.
Then there's perplexing design choices like customers coming in for prescriptions or symptoms for medication you don't have yet. It's not a good feeling to reject customer after customer and just send them away.
Some customers come to the counter but then refuse to lift their arm for payment. So you have to leave the desk, walk around to the front and click their card/cash that they are holding down near their knees.
After playing on and off for 2 hours of gameplay time, I didn't even want to go through the frustration of playing anymore. Due to core gameplay elements not working I don't think this game would be ready for early access let alone full release. It's currently just a bad experience.
it is a good pharmacy game. only bug found now was the boxes sometimes go crazy when you drop them on the floor, but that's only sometimes. it is a short game for now, but i'm sure they plan on adding to it. Only comment to the devs is the customer feelings in the lower left corner is a bit small, but otherwise a great game.
Thank you for the key to this game, much appreciated. :) Finished today with all achievements and have enjoyed playing the game. It has a lot potentials if they want to expand it with more features. The leveling goes maybe a tad to fast and to easy but then again, I had choosen the relax mode.
Bin gespannt, was noch so alles kommt. Also klare Kaufentscheidung !
I generally find the game concept good. Of course, some medical knowledge is an advantage, but not absolutely necessary. For example, if you don't know what an antihistamine is, you can look it up. A pharmacy without technical jargon just doesn't work. I experienced a crash during the 4.5 hours of gameplay, but it is also an Early Access game. I have to be prepared to provide the developers with all the information about an error so that they can fix it.
Pharmacy Store Simulator : Un traitement générique sans grande saveur (6/10)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JLEtzQ2E_M8
Introduction - Derrière le comptoir médical

🎯 Conclusion et Verdict

Note finale : 6/10
Statut : Disponible sur Steam (Sortie : 20 mai 2026) - Développeur / Éditeur : Art Games Studio S.A.
İzlemek isterseniz YOUTUBE videom: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f1wQUBclHJg ----- Hi, our game is a pharmacy management simulation a small shop where you sell medicine to customers. Sometimes, for example, a customer might say, “I have a cold; what do you recommend?” and you answer their questions and provide the appropriate medication. It’s a game built on that foundation. I liked that it takes a different approach. Having such a variety of different types of medications is great from vitamins to painkillers, insecticides, and even antifungal medications. I’ve already made a video about it on my YouTube channel, but there are a few things I’d like to add. -First of all, even though the English is generally understandable, there were some words I didn’t know the meaning of that made it difficult. From a gameplay perspective, I’d definitely like to see Turkish language support added. -I’m not sure if it would be difficult to set prices for later stages, but it would be nice if there were devices that allow us to make small price adjustments for medications. -Let’s also make some medications ourselves though that’s a thing of the past since pharmacies no longer prepare them themselves, but special medications could still be made. -Let’s also have patients coming in with prescriptions; we could try to decipher the doctor’s notes or, I don’t know, check our computer to see if they have a chronic condition and then prescribe or recommend medication accordingly. These are just my own ideas I’d be thrilled if they contribute to the game. I’d also like to thank the developer for sending me the key.
