im kind of conflicted. could be really good, but definitely need other players to join you, otherwise its kinda boring. very uniquely done, i like the vibe and look, play style is pretty alright, i recommend controller but thats not to say keyboard is bad, i just find it bit more easier with controller.
I love this game. I want it to grow, I want it to succeed. But to be REAL... to be HONEST... this game feels like a half-assed afterthought from it's developer. An unfinished experiment that was abandoned after garnering some modicum of cash. For as many itches as Ripout scratches, it leaves twice as many bugs, unpolished areas, and outright failures towards the gameplay that leave you confused and frustrated. The lack of enemy variety, unbalanced weapons, inconsistent mechanics, and UNFINISHED ending levels suggest that the developer had no intention of finishing Ripout's development. All in all, I feel like I've wasted my time and money and wish the dev either had the guts to finish, or simply never bothered with this failure of a game. What a joke. And to think I was so excited and trying to hype my friends into it.

One of the worst games I've played. Not worth any amount of money or your time. Avoid. Don't let the cool looking environments, atmosphere, or interesting weapons fool you. That's all it is. A nice thing to look at then move on. There are so many fundamental things wrong with this game it's unforgiveable. -Why am I moving like I'm in mud? -Why can I sprint only for 5 seconds before I'm out of 'stamina' and once again walking slower than grandma in mud? -Please let me murder the AI. She's annoying. She's useless. She's berating. She's irritating. Her dialogue was written by bored school girl in 9th grade. I hate her. I swear, one of the devs probably wrote so much dialogue for her so she can hear her own voice in the game every second of the day. -Enemies will literally spawn behind you when you walk by a trigger or spawn point for them and immediately hit you even though you just walked past that section of the wall 2 seconds ago. No, they're not bursting through the wall like a horror movie. They literally poof into thin air. The first time I thought i was crazy, but after the 60th time i knew it was a design flaw -Where are the spooky monster gonna come from? If they aren't spawning right behind you for an instant hit then they're probably gonna come outta that GIANT vent with a BIG RED HIGHLIGHT and different texture mesh to really stick it out to ya -Move 100ft through mud, hold e, move 200ft through mud, hold e. Move 250ft through mud, hold E. Repeat this through every. single. level. -For me to determine why the sky is blue I first need to go to three different science labs across 3 continents before I can unlock this leather bound book that'll give me a formula that will require a key to solve - a key that is on the moon under a bunker. This is the gameplay. I hate it. It's boring. -Every area looks the same. With a lot of dead ends or useless spots that otherwise seem the right way to go. This would normally be okay if it werent the fact you're moving at 0.000025 feet a second. -Why is there a timer? Oh because I picked the mission that included every [useless] detail about the mission except the most important one... that its sinking into the sun and you only have 15 minutes to move through mud, work through unskippable mandatory animations or time gates. -Escape this ship you wake up on. Ok. Found a shuttle. Get on shuttle. Magically goes on a larger ship that servers as your base. Where did it come from? who knows shut up, get back in the shuttle. Walk slowly. Hold E. Animation A plays. Loading screen. Animation A plays again. You're now in the shuttle in another ship that looks like the last ship. but the annoying AI cynthia said you are now in a different sector. Oh wow thanks! show dont tell ffs. -Map 'puzzles' (if u can even consider that) that are so easy it begs the question why are they even a thing? You figured out this monkey proof puzzle congrats! it's gonna appear 30 more times in this level and every level after that. WHy? oh, to add to the timegate and make you move around slowly. fun! -Guns seemingly have recoil, bloom, or a combination thereof at random times as if the game is breaking or forgets itself -You'll wonder if your mouse is broken because your gun won't ADS when you RMB 85% of the time -When ADS does decide to work your reticle doesn't match the actual position of your gun and where you're firing. How can you get such basic FPS things wrong? -Genuinely don't understand how this game can have any positive reviews. The overall score should be negative, not mixed. +/-Cool alien, pet living gun thing. Too bad the game literally breaks too often for it to be useful or fun. i could go on, but i dont hate myself enough to give this crud more of my time
They took away rocket jumping..... It was so so fun! The heavy swing from the baton could do it too, it was a blast to knock people all the way up stairs while they were just doing some inventory. Took you long enough to add Set Bonus's for the suit's. I really wish you added a reset button to the mission select, so instead of mind numbingly playing missions to HOPEFULLY get the mission I want, I can JUST get that mission, I've spent hours trying to get the MK1 laser, never seen it before.
Pretty much DOA. It had promise.
cool concept that never really goes anywhere
Not worth the price.
Walk through door, get webbed acid drenched and bombed, instant death.
Headline: Better than Helldivers 2 in it's current state. -Pop in, hit your objectives, extract in shuttle. (if you can survive) It could use some polish, some different enemies, guns, powers , needs difficulty options... a few quality of life things. (settings need...a lot) But overall satisfying mostly, even though unforgiving to solo. Should be priced at $10 and go on sale for 50% until they make it more complete of a game but there is hope and they are supposedly not done working on it. Good enough for me, I don't need some elaborate management systems, stupid ass warbonds, or multi-step team only objectives. I certainly don't need 150gb of spaghetti coded donkey shidd they refuse to optimize. This is HD2 killer for me. Long live RIPOUT even if no one else plays
хз че там многим не нравится , за 350 р игра нормас звезд с неба не хватает, ну и не шлак , есть игры за более высокий прайс говнище( хорошая кооп пострелушка с прокачкой)
