About
Species: Unknown is a first-person survival horror game, playable in co-op with up to 4 players (private or public servers) or solo. You play as a mercenary sent aboard an abandoned spaceship. Your job? Execute high-risk contracts, make it out alive, and claim your reward. But keep in mind that you’re not alone. Something is hunting you…
Form a squad of up to 4 players to take on different contracts with escalating difficulty. Each mission plays differently depending on your objective, your teammates, the map and which of the 5 intelligent threats is stalking you. No one survives alone, but you can try.

Proximity Chat & Radio are available: distance matters, walls matter. Proximity Chat is bringing more tension, sometimes chaos, and unforgettable moments to your co-op sessions.

Every contract drops you into a different nightmare. Whether you're tasked with extracting a black box, capturing or eliminating an unknown threat, or even destroying the ship to prevent the creature from escaping… Each mission demands a specific strategy and none of them are easy.
The specimen is chosen procedurally from a growing roster of terrifying monsters. Each one comes with distinct behaviors, hunting patterns, strengths, and weaknesses. You’ll need to investigate your surroundings to gather vital clues and identify the threat in order to proceed smoothly (or not). Do your job and get rewarded, or die without anyone knowing.

Strategize as a group, make smart use of your tools that can turn the tide, if only for a moment:
Motion Tracker : Detect nearby movement and prepare for what's coming
Shield : Block deadly attacks and buy time for your team
Health Syringe : Heal yourself or allies in the heat of battle
Mini-Map : Navigate pitch-black corridors with real-time positional data
Guns won’t always save you. Some threats are too resistant or simply untouchable. But the right weapon, found at the right time, can help you push through or even take the creature down.

The higher the risk, the higher the reward. Completing contracts earns you credits you can use to:
Upgrade your gear
Buy new tools
Customize your appearance
Gather lore and build your own creature museum

Spaceship detail is by far one of the best looks in this game, I love horror games but usually they all have some silly creature that just is poorly looking. Besides the four legged creature the rest all feel plausible and make them that more frightening. So atmospheric, great graphics and design and so much fun with friends. Oh the screaming and running! I do have one gripe, why does my character stomp around in his armor? I'd like to either do a smash kick or some kind of jump in my heavy ass armor.
I have had the most fun playing this game and I can't recommend it more if you want to have fun with friends. I haven't ran into many issues playing and the excitement of it has been awesome. I do wish there was a bit more variety when it came to the map, but the monster variety makes up for it. If you wanna scream and laugh with friends then play this for sure.
A beaucoup de potentiel
Highly Recommended Species Unknown is easily one of the best Early Access games I've played. It's the kind of game that checks almost every box for me with this type of game: solo and co-op, horror, satisfying gunplay, meaningful progression, and an atmosphere that constantly keeps you on edge. The atmosphere and sound design deserve special praise. They're among the best I've experienced in any horror game. Every creaking hallway, distant stomp, metallic bang, and creature moving through the vents builds an incredible amount of tension. You don't just hear the danger you can feel it through vibration and floor shakes. Even after finishing a mission, I found myself still thinking about it the next day. The jump scares are another highlight because they're never scripted. They happen naturally; You'll round a corner at the wrong moment, hear something behind you, or discover you've walked directly into something hunting you. Those moments are organic rather than manufactured. In many ways, Species Unknown feels like a companion piece to Alien: Isolation. It creates the same overwhelming sense of vulnerability while still allowing you to fight back. You still feel vulnerable even when you are packing up to three firearms, that's good survival horror. At times it becomes incredibly cinematic, not because the game forces dramatic moments, but because they emerge naturally from the gameplay. Currently there's only one playable map, a derelict ship but that hasn't bothered me at all. Learning the layout becomes part of the game itself. Over time the ship stops feeling like a level and starts feeling like a character. You begin recognizing shortcuts, vent routes, dangerous rooms, and places you know you'll eventually have to revisit. That familiarity actually makes the experience stronger. The creatures are some of the most memorable parts of the game. They're visually unique, mechanically distinct, and genuinely terrifying the first time you encounter them. Even after you know what they do, many remain intimidating because each one changes how you approach the mission. I strongly recommend avoiding spoilers if you can. There were multiple moments where I genuinely couldn't believe what had just happened because I had no idea certain creatures were capable of what they did. One mechanic I absolutely love is how the game uses corpses as environmental storytelling. Dead bodies aren't simply decoration. Their wounds tell you what kind of creature is aboard the ship. If you aren't familiar with the monsters yet, you can visit the command center and compare the injuries to the database to identify what you're dealing with. It's such a clever detective mechanic that rewards observation instead of simply giving you the answer. Mission variety is another strength. While you'll eventually replay the same contract types, the negative modifiers attached to higher-paying missions completely change how they play. One mission might restrict your equipment, another might make the ship more dangerous, while another changes the way you navigate. Even familiar objectives feel fresh because you're constantly adapting to different conditions. My group has even started challenging ourselves to complete difficult missions faster and faster, turning familiar puzzles into exciting speed runs. Combat feels excellent. There aren't a huge number of weapons yet, but each one feels useful and distinct. The survival horror inventory system is one of my favorite mechanics. Since you can only carry one tool at a time, every decision matters. Do you carry a medkit, a motion tracker, or the map? As you become more familiar with the ship, you eventually realize you don't need the map anymore, opening new possibilities. In co-op this creates natural team roles. I usually play the medic while carrying a heavy revolver so I can keep everyone alive while still dealing serious damage. One of my friends prefers carrying an energy shield and leading the group through dangerous areas, protecting the team while drawing the monsters' attention. He's also had same impressive saves where he came out of no where to block a devastating attack just in the nick of time, saving his teammate from certain high damage or even death. The game does this without forcing traditional RPG classes, the game naturally encourages specialization. The flashlight is another small mechanic that adds a surprising amount of tension. Since it runs out of energy and needs time to recharge, darkness becomes tension building obstacle . Moments where you're waiting for it to recharge while hearing something moving nearby are incredibly stressful. Character customization isn't especially deep yet, but it's more than adequate. There's enough freedom to create someone that feels like your own character without becoming overwhelming. The progression system also feels rewarding. Upgrades are spaced well enough that you're regularly working toward something without feeling like the grind lasts forever. Every purchase feels meaningful. Visually, the game looks fantastic. Graphics have never been my biggest priority, but the environments, lighting, and creature designs are impressive. The soundtrack deserves recognition as well. The menu music captures the feeling of classic sci-fi horror like Alien while still sounding unique, and the music during escape sequences adds tremendous urgency boarding on overwhelming (which I think is a good thing). One thing I especially appreciate is how differently the game feels depending on whether you're playing solo or with friends. With a crew, you feel like part of a professional team working together to survive impossible situations. Alone, the game becomes almost insurmountable in the best possible way. Completing a solo mission feels like a genuine accomplishment. Sometimes surviving is exhilarating. Sometimes failing still leaves you relieved simply because the ordeal is finally over. I do have a few suggestions for the future. I'd love to see weapon customization and a ping system for communicating with teammates. Those would be fantastic additions for the full release. The proximity chat and walkie talkies add more immersion and terrifying and hilarious moments when some screams in terror over the radio and it abruptly cuts off. I personally haven't experienced any technical issues, although two of my friends were disconnected a few times. Thankfully the session code system allowed them to rejoin quickly without disrupting the mission too much. One small criticism came from another friend, who wasn't a fan of having to walk through the station every time before selecting a mission. Personally, I actually enjoy it. It helps sell the fantasy that I'm a mercenary living aboard a space station rather than simply clicking through menus. It's a small touch that adds to the immersion for me. Overall, Species Unknown is one of those rare games that sticks with you after you stop playing. It's tense, terrifying, atmospheric, and endlessly memorable. Whether you're creeping through the halls alone or coordinating with friends while something stalks you through the vents, the game consistently creates stories you'll be talking about long after the mission ends. Especially at its current price, it's an easy recommendation and one of the most impressive Early Access titles I've played. If you enjoy games like Alien: Isolation, GTFO, Lethal Company, R.E.P.O., Phasmophobia, or tactical co-op horror games that reward teamwork and observation, Species Unknown is absolutely worth your time.
ID_009 Старуха.
SALUTEEEEE
Very fun game with sexy aliens to capture and breed. 100/10
TLDR: You can get the robot to suck you off Once you shoot his core enough times, he'll shut down temporarily, that is when you can assert your dominance and get him to suck you off while he is in the kneeling position, repeat a few more times till he explodes and falls flat on his face, this is when you can come from behind and finish. Prob the most fun I've had in a long time. 11 out of 10, would recommend.
