Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 31: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Le jeu garde l'esprit des premiers Monkey Island, ce qu'il faut d'absurde, de puzzles, de réflexion. Une madeleine de Proust pour les gamers de la première heure...
amazing
It had the spirit of the good ol' days saga, and I am so glad that Ron & Dave had the opportunity to revisit a story that forged their careers -maybe lives- and that defined the whole adventure genre. MI holds a special place in many gamer's hearts and I think this was a good redemption. As much as many hardcore fans expected pixel art, I liked the style. The story was nice, the puzzles could've been a bit more difficult imho. The ending is debatable, I feel it was nostalgic with a twist, although I expected a bit more resolution with LC, but I guess that was the idea (and the scrapbook notes at the end pretty much proves that point).
It’s a Monkey Island game. You should know what you are getting in terms of writing, characters, voice acting, puzzles, etc. The art style is a little... stylized and not everyone is a fan of it. I do prefer the art from the recent remasters, but the art isn’t a deal-breaker either. The achievements, on the other hand, were a little less forgiving for my tastes. I didn’t even get to 50% while completing the game. I’ll have to go back and try again, but I will wait till I’ve gotten through a lot more of my remaining 76 unplayed games.
its good
Monkey Island! (nothing more to say)
Easier than the previous games, very enjoyable and has a good length. The humour is less gritty than it was before, but I could still feel the unique touch of the OG creators. I wasn't sure about the art style at fist, but once past the intro I found it unique, very charming and more fluid than I expected. Overall, this might be my favourite game of the series!
