[h1]Тот неловкий момент, когда мир RetroRealms в описании преподносится как нечто восхитительное и необъятное, а на деле он не больше пиписьки пикинеса[/h1] Честно говоря, стоило сто раз подумать о покупке игры, чьим разработчиком числится Wayforward, которые даже свою ключевую серию - Shantae - превратили в стагнирующую геймплейно и сюжетно халтуру. Но дал шанс на свою голову. Теперь, скажу честно, отныне игры от Wayforward я только пирачу. Для тех, кому кажется, что это неправильно - Идите все на х*й! Мир RetroRealms описывается как целая серия, но серия эта настолько мизерная, что о её развитии забыли сразу после анонса, оставив людей всего с парой игр по франшизам Halloween и Ash vs Evil Dead. [b]Сюжетно[/b] они объединены злодеем - Глазастым Оверлордом, который в случае игры за Эшли Уильямся будет пафосно пытаться засрать мир дедайтами, а в случае Майкла Майерса - устроит спортивный интерес мол, "Кто тут лучший убийца". В общем, сюжет тут даже для галочки плох, потому о нём лучше сразу забыть. Хотел бы я сказать, что ситуацию скрашивает [b]геймплей[/b], но это будет ложь. По сути, обе кампании представляют собой весьма стандартные платформеры: идёшь, убиваешь врагов, прыгаешь и собираешь коллекционные предметы - бумажки/тыквы и билетики. Последние нужны, чтобы открыть экспонаты в местном музее обеих франшиз. Сами уровни отличающиеся разве что визуалом, ибо реально уникальных ситуаций там особо не подкидывают. Даже разнообразие врагов заканчивается на самом первом уровне, при том, что уровней тут всего 10 в каждой кампании. Обычно в этой ситуации спасают особые навыки героев и их вооружение, но не в этой игре. Спец-удары у Майкла и Эша абсолютно идентичны и, внезапно, бесполезны, так как повышенного урона не наносят, площадь удара особо не повышают, а посему дефолтная атака остаётся в приоритете. Вспомогательное же оружие тут будто передрали из самой первой игры из серии Castlevania, при чём настолько лениво, что зачастую это оружие попросту не нужно. Разница же между Эшли и Майерсом ещё больше удручает. Эш в своём арсенале имеет не только бензопилу, но и бум-палку для сноса любителей плеваться издалека. Что же есть у Майкла? Только его нож. И будто этого было мало, но Майерс ещё и лютый тормоз, что особенно будет проблемой на этапах, где явно требуется скорость, посему Эш там пробегает как нефиг делать, а Майкл застревает, пока наконец-то не получится идеально поймать тайминг, позволяющий этому инвалиду проскочить. Да, я в курсе, что и в фильмах Майкл был довольно неторопливым, да только он там был и до одури сильным и живучим, но здесь ни силы, ни живучести, а просто заторможенность, при чём не только в перемещении, но и моментах между сериями ударов. Вроде бы преимуществом может показаться его рывок в присяди, в ходе которого Майерс на мгновение исчезает, но на деле и он не без греха. Отдельно хотелось бы отметить местную отзывчивость управления. Я не понимаю, почему, но в прыжке персонажи порой отказываются проводить атаки, от чего пришлось выработать привычку долбить атаку в воздухе, дабы игра точно поняла, что ты делаешь. Для местного незамороченного геймплея такая шляпа - просто стыд. И что же у нас в [b]итоге[/b]? Классический пример олдовых игро-параш по франшизам. Прекрасный визуал пиксель-артв, о котором быстренько забываешь из-за пресного геймплея, выполненного на пофигу, как и сюжет. По хорошему, это всё ещё неплохая игра для тех, кто просто любит платформеры. Но любые попытки закрыть глаза на недостатки ударяются в ценник - 5к за полное издание со всеми персонажами. Для непродолжительной игры с посредственным геймплеем уж СЛИШКОМ много. Уж извините, но в сентябре 24 года вышел [url=store.steampowered.com/app/1157740/?snr=1_5_9__205]Iron Meat[/url], и он хоть и не больше по продолжительности, но в 5 раз дешевле и при этом в 10 раз круче, и оставляет желание пробегать его снова и снова. Если состоите в моей семейной группе - лучше берите RetroRealms Arcade из моей библиотеки. Остальным же - лучше качайте это дело с торрента.

[h1] Genre [/h1] Ein 2D Action Plattformer [h1] Story [/h1] Es gibt im Prinzip 4 Stories die aber alle den gleichen Antagonisten folgen. Ein Wesen namens Overlord will das wir ihm beitreten. Wir wollen dies aber nicht und wehren uns gegen ihn und seine Schergen [h1] Gameplay [/h1] Man muss sich zu dem Spiel ja eines der 2 DLCs dazukaufen (Halloween oder Ash vs Evil Dead). Es gibt im Prinzip 2 Stories. In der einen folgen wir Ash wie er versucht das Necronomicon wieder zu beschaffen und bei Halloween spielen wir Michael Myers und wollen den Grabstein unserer Schwester zurück haben. Beide Charaktere spielen sich von den Moves her fast gleich mit nur wenigen Ausnahmen. Es gibt insgesamt pro Kampagne 10 Level wobei jedes Zweite Level am Ende einen Boss Kamp hat. Die Boss Kämpfe sind sehr gut gemacht und machen sehr viel Spaß. In den einzelnen Leveln, kann man jeweils 3 Tokens & mehrere Tickets einsammeln. Die Tickets braucht man um in der Acrcade Gallery verschiedene Sachen der Charaktere freizuschalten. Die Tokens werden am Ende des Levels mit in Währung umgerechnet. Nach jedem Level können wir im Shop Neue Moves oder Upgrades wie mehr Leben oder schnellere Aufladung des Spezial Angriffs kaufen, was sehr nett gemacht ist. Die beiden Charaktere unterscheiden sich im Prinzip nur bei den Spezial Aufladungsangriff. Ash schießt mit seiner Abgesägten Schrotflinte und Michael Myers schwebt mit einem Sturmangriff nach vorne. Es gibt auch viele Andeutungen an die beiden Filme, was ich auch sehr gut gemacht finde. Die Musik ist gut gelungen und die Pixel Grafik sieht sehr gut aus. Die Deutsche text Übersetzung ist OK gelungen, es gibt hier & da aber ein paar Fehler. aber das ist bei einem Plattformer ja eh nicht weiter Wild [h1] DLCs [/h1] Es gibt neben dem Halloween und dem Ash vs Evil Dead (das sind die beiden Hauptspiele) auch noch Laurie Strode (aus Halloween) & Kelly Maxwell (aus Ash vs Evil Dead). Diese beiden kommen ebenfalls mit ihren eigenen Stories und Moves Sets. Beide Mädels spielen sich etwas unterschiedlicher als Michael & Ash. Laurie kann z.B. einen Doppelsprung ausführen und Kelly hat ein Maschinengewehr mit recht langer Schusszeit & Reichweite. Man braucht alle 4 DLCs um alle Achievements bekommen zu können [h1] Achievement Schwierigkeit 5/10 [/h1] Es gibt insgesamt 74 Erfolge. Die Achievements sind auf die 4 Charaktere aufgeteilt und beinhalten u.a. das Durchspielen der Stories ohne Health Upgrades, einige Speed Runs & Level Challenges. Wen man sich mit dem Spiel lang genug beschäftigt, ist alles gut machbar [h1] Pro/Contra [/h1] + Gute Atmosphäre + Gute Musik + Nette Pixel Grafik + Viele Andeutungen an die beiden Filme bzw. Filmserien + Nette Boss Kämpfe + Achievements [h1] Fazit [/h1] Ein sehr gut gelungener 2D Action Plattformer mit 2 Ikonen aus dem Horror Genre. Die Pixel Optik sieht sehr gut aus und das Gameplay hat mir sehr viel Spaß gemacht, besonders die Boss Kämpfe. Auch die vielen Andeutungen an die beiden Filmserien fand ich sehr nett gemacht. Ich würde mir wünschen das man hier noch mehr Horror Ikonen wie z.B. Jason, Freddy, Ghostface, Leatherface, Maniac Cop, Tallman, Candyman, Chucky uvm. einfügen würde/könnte, das wäre richtig cool aber ich glaube das da nichts mehr kommen wird leider. Nichts desto trotz kann ich dieses Spiel jedem Fan von diesen beiden Horror Filmen und/oder 2D Action Plattformern sehr Empfehlen. ⭐⭐⭐ Conceptually, this is a very cool game. You are in an old arcade and you can play whatever platformer games you purchase as DLC on the arcade machines. Currently just Evil Dead or Halloween. The platformers themselves are really well done. You basically play through different locations from the movies with an original little story. Fans of each series will enjoy all the little references they managed to pack into these games. Very cool. They play smoothly and the pixel artwork is really nice. You can also walk around the arcade as it has a VHS viewing room with behind the scenes interviews with the developers to watch, a diorama room with dioramas of the levels from the arcade games, and also a gallery room for each IP where you can purchase iconic items to view on display using tickets collected in the arcade games. Essentially this game acts as an arcade simulator as opposed to just a menu that gives you access to some retro style platformer games. All that being said both Halloween and Evil Dead have 10 levels each and they don't have much replay value imo so if you don't plan on going for all the achievements like I did, I would wait for a sale. Not worth full price just to play through the 2 games once.

Great license, ♥♥♥♥♥ game. Noone would play this half-baked crap if it didn't have horror icons attached. Take them out and this is feels like a Master System game.

hab nur ne stunde gespielt und es macht wirklich spaß, aber hab es refunded weil der preis einfach zu hoch is. wenn das ganze komplett 20 euro kosten würde dann würd ich mir das sofort wieder kaufen. daumen nach unten gibts echt nur für den preis. bietet es günstiger an und es gibt sofort nen daumen hoch und vorallem würden es dann sicher noch einige kaufen!

It's a great game that got bogged down by some pretty bad pricing and lack of advertising. It promised a ton and it should've delivered at least on the plans the developer's had, the games are great, but very expensive for what they are despite how replayable they are as well, there's simply no world where people are paying AAA prices for 2D platformer games, no matter how awesome the original horror icons are and how charming the stories you have here are as well... it's just not feasible for numerous reasons. It's a shame too, because I feel as if a lot of the negative reviews are loaded because of these reasons, it's not the quality of the game that's bad, it's the distribution models and the lies that followed because of promises the devs couldn't keep. Even then I recommend it when it inevitably goes on a deep sale, it'll happen... even if it takes them years.
