Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 10.14/day in the week to Sep 7 → 17.29/day in the week after.

So so happy that the camera angle moves every time im trying to aim at these stupid crows that are trying to peck me to death!! (I love Jill Valentine <3)
UNBELIEVABLY ANNOYING BUG MEANS I CANT START THIS GAME FULL SCREEN - EVEN THOUGH ON FIRST LOADING I COULD. A quick perusal finda DOZENS of "workarounds" - none of which work. Capcom what the F are you doing allowing such a long term and known bug like not being able to full screen on launch stand? TOTAL CONTEMPT you must have for people. Just shocking.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 12: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

this game is fun but the puzzle are insanely hard sometimes and the game barely helps you or gives you hits and all the walkthroughs dont really help
muy bueno
Chris, you make me proud. The original RE received a remake before it was cool. And it WAS cool, since the director of the original was involved - something that doesn't happen very often. After playing both versions, I have to say this one is superior in pretty much every way. While I'm not the biggest fan of the Crimson Heads (and the inventory management is still a pain), I'd highly recommend playing this version over the original. I do have a few technical nitpicks: the lack of native modern resolution support, the mouse cursor staying visible on screen, and how easy it is to accidentally click out of the window when using dual monitors. But with Capcom apparently working on yet another remake, it makes sense why they probably won't bother patching this version. Now that I think about it, I've never played three different versions of the exact same game before... that's gonna to be interesting.
very buggeh :( i wasnt able to make my residents evil...

infernal
This review is for an old friend that i needed to cut ties with because he is yet another insufferable millenial gamer (my age too btw) that literally cannot stand other peoples' opinions on older video games, so he decided to treat me like garbage over a stupid video game, so here I am giving it a negative review just to appease him! This game has aged like literal milk. Tank controls ACTUALLY being better because camera views on modern controls are so bad, and tank controls are already absolutely awful in 2026. Barely ANY inventory compared to later games makes me JUST wanna play later games. If i were to make a tier list, this game would be almost at the very bottom, with only Resident Evil 6 being the only worst one. Nostalgia-blinded gamers: get over yourselves, literally every other RE is better than this, lmao. Game aged horribly, one gets lost ALL the time, very limited saves is genuinely such a stupid concept to me, etc...
За 40 минут "игры" у меня был черный экран и не работал звук. Спасибо за столь униКАЛьный экспириенс
