Survival is just the beginning. Six years have passed since the biological disaster in Raccoon City. Leon S. Kennedy, one of the survivors, tracks the president's kidnapped daughter to a secluded European village, where there is something terribly wrong with the locals.

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 121.86/day in the week to Sep 7 → 167.43/day in the week after.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 7: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Latest in each market: best BR #17, worst AU #99 · 13 markets collected
US · last 30 days
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 204.29/day in the week to Jul 21 → 210.4/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Resident Evil 4 Remake isn't just a remake. It's a masterclass on how to remake a game without disrespecting the original. I first finished this on PS5, including *Separate Ways*, and somehow Capcom convinced me to buy it again on Steam. I told myself I'd just test the PC version for a few minutes. Steam politely informed me those "few minutes" turned into 17 hours. Apparently, I have no self-control. Everything about this game is polished. The combat feels satisfying, the pacing is almost perfect, the atmosphere constantly keeps you on edge, and every weapon somehow tricks your brain into thinking, "One more upgrade... then I'll stop." You won't stop. Leon somehow went from "rookie cop having the worst first day in history" to "professional monster exterminator with a PhD in roundhouse kicks." Forget ammunition. This man's greatest weapon is his right leg. The Ganados wake up every morning hoping today's the day Leon finally runs out of bullets. Instead... they get German Suplexed. The merchant deserves his own Game of the Year award. This man somehow survives every nightmare imaginable, sets up an entire weapons dealership in the middle of infected villages, castles, mines, and military islands, and still has enough time to ask: *"What're ya buyin'?"* Sir... How did you get here before me? How are your shelves fully stocked? Who is your supplier? Are YOU the real final boss? Then there's Ashley. I know she got a lot of criticism in the original, but the remake completely changed my opinion. She's actually likable now, reacts naturally, and instead of constantly making me panic... she mostly just makes me panic slightly less. Capcom somehow managed to make every location feel familiar while simultaneously making me question every corner because I no longer knew exactly what was waiting for me. That is how you remake a classic. The graphics? Ridiculous. The sound design? Put on headphones and prepare to inspect every dark hallway like you're paying taxes. The boss fights? Equal parts adrenaline and emotional damage. And the replay value? Let's just say you'll finish the game... then immediately start another run because suddenly you're convinced you can beat it in under five hours. You can't. But you'll try anyway. Resident Evil 4 Remake isn't simply one of the best Resident Evil games. It's one of the best action-horror games ever made. Final verdict: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Side effects may include: • Kicking every wooden barrel you see. • Breaking every vase in your house hoping for pesetas. • Whispering "Where's everyone going? Bingo?" during awkward silences. • Looking at every suspicious merchant and thinking, "Heh heh heh... Welcome." 10/10. Thanks, Capcom. Now excuse me while I start another New Game+ for absolutely no responsible reason whatsoever.
