Still debating returning this game. If i don't, it's out of sympathy for the developer not because the game play. This version can be played until you hit a wall in under an hour. Some of the combat allows you to take control of the enemy. Some of the menus won't open if you use items. You'll have to save and back out completely and reload before they will open again. Some items like the monster cores stop working early on for no apparent reason. Level cap??? Major balancing issues To leave a balanced review I must say: It's simple to play. Could be a lot of 'dumb' fun if the game was less buggy. The anime style is cute.
Full Review: https://youtu.be/rPbVBU2Q-us A Unique game that puts you in the prospective as the monster instead of as the hero fighting monsters in an RPG. A interesting concept but needs refinement.
needs a lot of polishing and some actual gameplay also is quite expensive for so much flaws
It's a buggy mess, but thats not stopping me from playing it. A simple turn based game yet you are in control on how you grow in the game. In the beginning your weak and you really can't take on other monsters of your own kind, but you do get to train at least. And through training is part of how you control your growth. The other part is skills which you get points for when you level up. The last part is what kind of monster you decide to evolve into. Basically this is your Isekai fantasy, with you being a monster instead of a human or elf. Basically think RE:Monster or Tensei ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Slime Datta Ken. This should give you the basic idea of what this game is going for. Oh and as for the bugs, some of them are a bit game breaking, but if you can look past that and see what this game has to offer, you'd probably enjoy it. Edit: Currently the game is kind of short, but I believe once the update hits, it will get longer, hopefully.
Work in progress but the only one of it's kind with the way I like it. I hope this game reaches it's full potential soon.
Inspiring, freedom to play, good game
A game that, frankly, should not cost $10. It's Early Access, but it's been given access FAR too early. This is the level of quality I expect from the near-literal earliest prototype of a game. Even worse, it's not actually fun to play in its current state (and I doubt it ever would be given the "mechanics" present), and the game hasn't been updated for 3, going on 4 months.
Fun concept that needs more polish and content now. Really hope it blossoms into the game it could be
This game has a lot of potential as a concept. However, and it's creators take a long break between updates, the last we HEARD from them was .... WAY too long ago.
was better on early access was originally sand box style but now they got you traped in your house for 90 % of the alotted 50 days making it impossible to level up or evolve or pas the test and even though the update claims to have gone fro 50 too 100 day story it still resets at 50 almost no drops i paid for this game on kick start and steam with high hopes and so far all the updats have done is make it worse
