About
Rebel Galaxy is a swashbuckling space adventure, with action-packed combat, exploration, discovery, trade, and “negotiation” with the outlandish denizens at the edge of the known universe.
As the commander of an immensely powerful star destroyer, you’ll battle pirates, explore anomalies, befriend aliens, scavenge battle wreckage, mine asteroids, and discover artifacts. Choose your path as a roguish do-gooder, crafty space-trader or power-hungry privateer – or maybe a little of each! Buy larger and more powerful craft with your hard-earned credits, and outfit them with a variety of wicked weapons and defenses. Set in a galaxy of fantastic sights, and secrets to be found, Rebel Galaxy is above all a space epic of adventure, exploration, and combat.
The edge of the universe is a pretty dangerous place, so watch your back.

Reviews
Space mercenary action. The main story is plenty of fun, the side stories add significant flavor to the universe, and for completionists it's possible to 100% the game in a single playthrough. The combat is executed through a mix of turrets, "broadside" guns, and other support weapons. Your turrets work like you'd expect. The broadside guns fire in limited arcs to either side of your ship, and come in a few different varieties including homing weapons. Most of the ships you encounter in the game are playable by you, though you may need to make nice with a certain faction to pick some of them up. The gameplay is kind of flat, despite being rendered in three dimensions, but you still have enough room to maneuver to dodge most enemy fire in the faster ships. Bigger ships don't dodge so great, but they make up for it with far stronger shields and a *lot* more firepower.

Every market we collect.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Ugly, repetitive and boring. Music is okay. My rating 5/10, not recommended.
Basic single plane space game. It turned me off at first but I gave it 10 more min and I decided to not care about the limited flying, if u get over that you might have a good time. Rouge captains all say the same thing before they die is a little annoying but they die so fast its almost comedic.
At least it's not Starfield. Played a lot years ago, still fun today.
Costs less than a value meal when on sale. Great soundtrack. Best played as the space trash we all know you are. Go pirate some stuff.
I have had this on my wishlist for a very long time. I picked it up in a bundle. I like the Privateer/Freelancer games so this was up my alley. I finished the main quest in 40 hours and I was not really grinding. It is lacking some polish but the ships are unique and play different. I enjoyed my time with it and think the music was great, if a little repetitive. Anyway - I liked it and if you pick it up on the cheap and like the privateer style space game, you will have a good time.
Fun Spaceship Broadside simulator with a good country metal soundtrack. Pros: Simple, can play literally whenever, pretty fun (played mostly offline, actual hrs are around 100 over 2 playthroughs) Cons: Simple: feels grindy at times; cant move vertically, mining is obviously almost never worth it, nor is trading
really fun and good space game, a tad grindy and you need to be careful in fights
