About
Rebel Galaxy is a swashbuckling space adventure, with action-packed combat, exploration, discovery, trade, and “negotiation” with the outlandish denizens at the edge of the known universe.
As the commander of an immensely powerful star destroyer, you’ll battle pirates, explore anomalies, befriend aliens, scavenge battle wreckage, mine asteroids, and discover artifacts. Choose your path as a roguish do-gooder, crafty space-trader or power-hungry privateer – or maybe a little of each! Buy larger and more powerful craft with your hard-earned credits, and outfit them with a variety of wicked weapons and defenses. Set in a galaxy of fantastic sights, and secrets to be found, Rebel Galaxy is above all a space epic of adventure, exploration, and combat.
The edge of the universe is a pretty dangerous place, so watch your back.

Overall, a fun game, but the campaign of kind of shorter than I expected. I might keep playing to get some of the achievements, but I wish there was more to the story. It feels like it's just missing something. Maybe it's because the endgame seems to be over so soon after it starts. As for the gameplay, I liked it. The capital ship focus of the game takes some getting used to, but it's fun. I did feel like there wasn't any need to upgrade to the higher-tier ships, though. I completed pretty much the entire game using a mid-tier ship and some careful maneuvering to hide in the blind spots of the larger ships.
This is probably my favorite chill space game that can still get big crazy battles. Rebel Galaxy takes a lot of features you would see in the big space sim games but makes it simpler and streamlined. A commodity market that is different from station to station and system. Do you want to be a miner you can do that. Space Pirate check. Do you want to grind out becoming the big and bad ship in the galaxy you can do that as well. I like that the battles are essentially Master and Commander in space. Taking down the shields and armor of a giant capital ship to swoop up on its side and unload your broadsides into her and take the loot that they keep in their hold. I played this game on Xbox back in the day when it first released and saw it was on sale for $2 and couldn't pass up the the chance to replay this great game again and already I am hooked back in grinding away to having the big badass ships I remember. 9.2/10 The blues soundtrack also is the cherry on top.

Every market we collect.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I've been looking for a good Freelancer style game. This one definitely fits the bill. Tons of fun, love the ships and combat. Still learning everything and loving the freedom. Now if they can just do a remaster of Freelancer
I am a 52 yo father, probably one of the oldest people playing Rebel Galaxy. I am a single father to my Son, who is 14 now. My son found this game at Christmas, so we installed it on his computer and he started playing. By the end of the week he had 24 hours on this game. This was horrible for me, as it was already hard for me to find ways to spend time with my son, as he is always out with his friends or just watching YouTube. So i decided to make a Steam account and get this game to see if I could maybe play alongside him. Loaded into the game world and started playing but I was stuck on what you were supposed to do. I asked my Son for help and he helped me. Loved it as it was the best time had spent with my Son since my wife had died. This game has ever since brought me and my son closer again and now we actually spend time together outside the house together as well. This game reminded me that there's fun to be had in everything, and it has brought both me and my Son many happy memories. Thank you <3
Космические дальнобойщики под годный рок, одобряем
Great single player space game with a great soundtrack sharing songs with Elite Dangerous Odyssey. After 7 hours I have never left the first star system and there's been lots to do.
The mechanics are dorky, the dialoge seemse like its written by a child but the story is fun and there are at times some very frustrating parts. I originally played and beat this game on ps4, the pc verision is no different. It is a good game, solid controls, wish there was a bit more to custimize ships but ill take it.
Rebel Galaxy is a game I keep coming back to again and again. It's got a satisfying game play loop and evokes the feeling of Freelancer. The game is easy to pick up and there is so much attention to detail and making sure the game plays smoothly that it always feels like coming back to a comfortable home. Sound design and soundtrack are great and everything just kind of clicks into place in such a satisfying way. If you're a fan of space sims, this is one you should definitely check out. It's got a different feel from "pilot a fighter" type games, but it's also not quite a detailed and crunchy capital ship feel. It hits a weird nice spot in the middle and works really well on a controller as well as keyboard and mouse.
This is a great game if you want to fly around in a space shift do some trading, some mining, some light or major piracy. Sandbox space game where you don't need a friggin PHD aeronautics and a dang joystick to fly around feeling like a awesome space captain. This makes space in this game on a level plain like a ship on the ocean I found it very enjoyable and fun. The game difficultly can be spiky and sometimes frustrating but learning this game is a blast and once you know you mostly know. I am really glad I brought this game and certainly got my moneys worth. Get the fault tracker early and mine.
