About

Work at a body modification clinic in a cyberpunk tower-city. Play as Jin, a salesperson advising clients on mods. Making little money aside from what you earn on commission, save up enough to afford your sick rabbit's surgery in two weeks. Watch your decisions ripple through the lives of each character you meet.

Clients from all walks of life visit the clinic. As you speak with them and uncover their secrets, you'll have to decide if they should get the mods they seek. Choose between morals and your bottom line, and impact the client’s future as well as your own.
Each decision you make ripples out into the world, changing the lives of your clients and coworkers. Watch the results of your actions play out in a responsive world.

If you recommend the procedure, you will have the opportunity to upsell your clients. Decide which upsell options and sales tactics work best to win over your client. Be careful not to push too hard though—it may cause resentment and impact your work reviews.

Through your conversations with characters, you may develop positive or negative relationships with them. Learn about your clients and coworkers in wide-ranging dialogues. Impact their lives through your words and actions, then experience how they impact your life in return.

Every time Jin speaks, you decide what they say. Figure out which options lead to the information or outcomes you seek. Use words to shape what kind of person Jin becomes over the course of the story.

At the end of each day, budget your finances and decide what luxuries you want to spend on (if any). Plan and allocate money to ensure you have enough saved up to afford your rabbit’s surgery.

Throughout the game, you may unlock keepsakes from various characters. Use them to decorate your home or sell them to try and meet your savings goals.

I was immediately captivated by this game - played it for hours on end! It was so cool meeting each client / character, getting to befriend them, and obviously taking care and saving Nibbles (that bunny was my LIFE)!! The owner of the clinic stressed me out, truly felt like real life work interactions. Each character's personality and expressions are so uniquely thought out, it's so amazing to see the world come together! Zorkie studios did NOT disappoint! Highly recommend this game
I love these characters so much! Even Baron, who I love to hate. Exploring their stories is so satisfying. It's fun to see them grow over time. The art is fantastic, there are tons of choices, and the choices make a huge difference in the game you get. It's also super cute to see the characters with their mods! Great game for anyone who loves visual novels and narrative games.
This game should be used in school to teach Finances! The artstyle was cute and the worldbuilding interesting. The pacing was good but I still wish it had been a bit longer.
This game really blew me away! The art is incredible and the character designs are all so cool. I really loved the writing, it was so engrossing and the characters felt so real. It was so much fun to play (but also kind of stressful lol). I'm excited to try out more routes later and see what kinds of other endings there are!
Quality Dreams Reasonably Priced is a visual novel that combines the money management stress of papers please with an engaging story about themes of bodily autonomy, self worth, and cyberpunk dystopia. You play as Jin, a sales clerk who gets to decide if your clients can get their desired surgery for body modification. The game is more mechanically involved than most visual novels with it's up selling mechanic where after interviewing your client you can decide if you want to sell them more options to earn a higher commission. Sometimes those options don't align with what the client wants/needs. It's central conflict of earning a commission versus providing for client wants/needs is very relatable if you've had to work a job to survive. The writing and world feel succinct and lived in. Though it may not look like it small phrases can contribute immensely to the cyberpunk dystopia setting(some of which hit closer to home than I'd like). Each inter-viewable character explores a different aspects of body modification and it's societal implications. I highly recommend the game if you are interested in engaging story telling and budget management.
Very compelling story and characters. The art is so pretty and well done, and each of the characters have such a great unique story! I'm not a usually a big fan of visual novel -type games, but this was so captivating! Each of the characters have real depth to them, love exploring them, and getting to what the root of their issues is. The gameplay element of choosing between profit (for bunny health, job stability, and general comfort), vs being a compassionate player, adds a lot of complexity. It kinda reminds me of "Papers, Please!" in that it makes playing the game challenging. Doing the right thing is often punished irl, and this game feels like a great microcosm of life in a way.
Make no mistake: This is a horror game. It is a capitalism and retail-worker simulator and really REALLY leans on making difficult moral choices. But it's all for your rabbit, don't forget. It is HARROWING. I'm so sorry, Florence ;_;. (It's very very good, get it now).
I think this game is good but it's deceptively short, like just long enough that you can't refund it but not a bit longer
It's a fun game if you're a person who likes sci-fi and visual novels like myself. The characters are very modern and unique. The universe they built is extremely interesting, and I wish the game were longer because of it.
I had a great time chatting with the clients and getting to know them before being dropped into a fiery pit upon realizing I then had to upsell them to save my rabbit.. (Sorry Florence, the rabbit comes first.) The art and writing really shine in this game, and the ethical questions made me feel bad as I kept making awful choices (but in a good way). Overall, the game is really fun!
