About

Work at a body modification clinic in a cyberpunk tower-city. Play as Jin, a salesperson advising clients on mods. Making little money aside from what you earn on commission, save up enough to afford your sick rabbit's surgery in two weeks. Watch your decisions ripple through the lives of each character you meet.

Clients from all walks of life visit the clinic. As you speak with them and uncover their secrets, you'll have to decide if they should get the mods they seek. Choose between morals and your bottom line, and impact the client’s future as well as your own.
Each decision you make ripples out into the world, changing the lives of your clients and coworkers. Watch the results of your actions play out in a responsive world.

If you recommend the procedure, you will have the opportunity to upsell your clients. Decide which upsell options and sales tactics work best to win over your client. Be careful not to push too hard though—it may cause resentment and impact your work reviews.

Through your conversations with characters, you may develop positive or negative relationships with them. Learn about your clients and coworkers in wide-ranging dialogues. Impact their lives through your words and actions, then experience how they impact your life in return.

Every time Jin speaks, you decide what they say. Figure out which options lead to the information or outcomes you seek. Use words to shape what kind of person Jin becomes over the course of the story.

At the end of each day, budget your finances and decide what luxuries you want to spend on (if any). Plan and allocate money to ensure you have enough saved up to afford your rabbit’s surgery.

Throughout the game, you may unlock keepsakes from various characters. Use them to decorate your home or sell them to try and meet your savings goals.

This game is amazing. The graphics are beautiful and the storyline is incredible. Always love to see an amazing queer and trans inclusive games during times like these. Anyone who likes visual novels and wants to play games that are queer inclusive should play this.
As soon as I read the premise of working as a body modification consultant, I hoped 'Quality Dreams, Reasonably Priced' would allow players to engage thoughtfully with themes like dysphoria, bodily autonomy, and of course the tension between the needs of your clients and your employer. To my delight, I found that the game does exactly that. Through your interviews with clients, you meet a series of vividly illustrated and expressive characters and learn about their diverse motivations for seeking to modify their body. Every character was interesting to learn about, but there were a few whose stories and attitudes made them particularly memorable. This game is an absolute gem that deserves to be played and enjoyed by more people!
This is a truly lovely and unique gem of a game, and I've really enjoyed playing it. I highly recommend it for anyone who likes the idea of visual novels but doesn't find them interactive enough to be truly fun. See, I normally don't like games that are dialogue-heavy because I feel like I'm just reading a script and nothing I say matters. Not so in this game - there are plenty of dialogue options, choices are meaningful, and it feels like you're really interacting with the characters. It also helps that it's some of the best-written dialogue I've had the pleasure of reading! What's really cool is that getting good outcomes in the game is dependent on your ability to empathize and communicate with the characters. There's some strategy involved; you have to get to know them to figure out which mods they'd like and how to pitch them. It's also a pretty chill game with a super cute rabbit companion who provides both cuddles and motivation. Seeing all the different outcomes will take multiple playthroughs, but you can save and reload at any time so you're free to explore different conversational directions without worrying about screwing things up.
This was such a genuinely honest and relevant game. More queer stories are so needed in the VN genre, and it's not often I get so drawn into characters stories as I did with this one! The game presents several interesting situations to the player and allows them to consider and question their morals against the weight of an oppressive capitalist system. It's thought provoking, tear-jerking and heart warming all in a really nice package. Also, there are SO many beautiful and unique character expressions! Even the slight variations in a smile or a character's eyes conveys their emotions really wonderfully. Please consider playing QDRP for yourself. There are so many routes to the point that players can have a lot of unique experiences! This one's really special.
I love getting to ask all these beautiful people as many questions as I want without having to feel socially awkward (most of the time) :D For real though, I love this game! I find it really fun to try and investigate how best to sell to potential clients, learning about their wants and needs and building rapport. But the added dynamics of having to balance what is really best for them vs. for yourself, with the added potential for building real relationships, all while managing your finances and weighing additional opportunities is what makes those conversations and your decisions really feel like they matter. On top of that, the art is incredible! Clearly so much love and effort went into into designing the characters and the world. Each character has so many unique expressions! Coupled with the absolutely excellent top-notch writing, you really feel like you could be talking to real people with real lives, emotions, and reactions to your words. and the bunny!!!!!! is!!!! the cutest!!!!!!!! Highly Recommend!!
wow this game blew me away!! the characters (art and writing) is so incredible -- i just wanted to talk to all of them forever! i loved uncovering all the hidden stories and worldbuilding details. i loved hanging out at home with my bunny. i love how it really feels like my choices are changing the game!! this really has everything i want from a narrative game and i had so much fun playing it
I was drawn in by the resource management aspect, but was pleasantly surprised by a very well-written and poignant sci-fi slice of life story! The game's length is just right for a game that is intended to be replayed. The visual novel mechanic of picking dialogue choices fits perfectly into its setting and theme, with the main character being in a consultant-like role. As an introvert, I also feel quite seen and encouraged in the way this game talks about socializing as a whole, how it's all about keeping a balance of being genuine and meeting expectations. Looking forward to more playthroughs of the game!
This game is full of layers! It’s the kind of game that smoothly guides you through multiple perspectives and makes you reflect on your own values, ideas, and biases. I didn’t expect to face myself in that way, which is why this game will stay as one of my all-time favorites. It’s queer. It’s humanistic. It’s beautiful. It’s wholesome—sometimes funny and silly, sometimes heart-wrenching. But it rewards you beautifully if you put in the effort to build understanding toward each character’s perspective and goals. Everyone feels distinct, deep, and alive (and also very pretty!). The characters are expressive, and the art supports their dialogue wonderfully. The game also sprinkles in fun, surprising snippets of world-building that I thoroughly enjoyed discovering bit by bit. Give this game a try—it’s a fun, enriching experience. 🌸
i played the demo for this game and am STOKED for the full release! this game is a hidden gem, between the beautiful artwork, intriguing worldbuilding and interesting storyline. there are so many things in the game that make it stand out: the overarching motivation to help our pet, the friendships that are made throughout the game, the moral tension between realllly needing money from clients but also wanting what is truly best for them, and the lovely queer lens that's applied to the narrative. i can't even begin to name all the things that i've enjoyed in my first few hours of playing, and i just know that i'm going to find so many more as i continue to delve into the story! if you're looking for a game that has lovely fleshed our characters, stunning art, and compelling narrative, and decisions that really make you think, this is THE game for you! can't recommend it enough!!!!
I was immediately captivated by this game - played it for hours on end! It was so cool meeting each client / character, getting to befriend them, and obviously taking care and saving Nibbles (that bunny was my LIFE)!! The owner of the clinic stressed me out, truly felt like real life work interactions. Each character's personality and expressions are so uniquely thought out, it's so amazing to see the world come together! Zorkie studios did NOT disappoint! Highly recommend this game
