Q-UP

It's funny, but there's not much gameplay beyond trying to stack item/skill effects to get game progression. It's great at what it wants to be I think, but I don't find it very entertaining.

While slickly produced and on point for what it satirizes, it did not result in any enjoyment for me. Maybe that is the whole point, but I'm not invested enough in e-Sports to derive pleasure from the empty grind.

Very boring. Skill tree is confusing. Game was overwhelmingly positive when I got it, ya'll bamboozled me

The build system here is the actual game. Once you have level 50 and access to a large set of gear there's actually a decent number of decision points. The grind to get there sucks a bit though

I wish i was better at writing reviews. I love this game, even at 2 hours in. The gameplay top notch with a nice aesthetic and really nice music that I've already added to my playlist. Making a build, then seeing all of your nodes pop off when you hit a flip is just so cool. I love the writing, hilarious with a coherent story and I'm excited to read each email and I'm the type of person who reads everything. Huge fan of the humor and all the little things that brings this unique game together.

This game has its q-ups and its q-downs. In terms of gameplay, I really only had to rethink my strategies every few hours, and I just kept poking at it on my side monitor until the game was ready for me to use my brain again. I was tolerant with some the "bad" aspects of the game considering that they served the satirical narrative about issues in modern gaming, however reading the emails was the most enjoyable part, so... couldn't all this have just been an email?

terrible game. fluffed their reviews before the sale, its not even a game. this would be quite a funny parody if it were free. making me pay for their joke? go F yourself.

You gotta want it. You're not going to make it to the top without the will to win. THE NEED TO WIN. Fun game though.

Entire "game" is the 'I see what you did there" meme, assuming you've kept up with how modern PVP matchmaking works. It's a coinflip autobattler. There is technically some gameplay in how you design your skills board but it's not fun. Not sure why anyone would recommend or play this.

Definitely a hit or miss for each individual player. I went into this thinking it was a silly game I’d play for a bit and forget about, next thing I know I’m spending 2 hours trying to perfect my skill tree and optimize everything. Haven’t even played for a full week and I genuinely have lost sleep because I was trying to create a new build in my head. Again, not for everyone, but WOW this game is better than you would think. Genuinely in-depth and makes my brain melt at times.
