J'ai bien apprécié mon expérience sur Pumpkin Jack. L'ambiance d'Halloween est vraiment très réussie. Les environnements sont brumeux et sombres et rendent très bien. Il y a aussi de très bonnes musiques et un excellent doublage en français lors des cinématiques. Au niveau du gameplay, j'ai trouvé que les sauts étaient un peu glissants, car on ne peut pas beaucoup se diriger une fois en l'air. Ce n'est pas très grave puisque les phases de plateforme restent très simples. Pour ce qui est des combats, on obtient plusieurs armes au cours de l'aventure, mais les affrontements restent assez semblables. Ils consistent surtout à taper dans le tas tout en esquivant les attaques ennemies. Il y a 6 niveaux en tout, avec des collectibles à trouver dans chacun d'entre eux. L'histoire est originale. Les dialogues sont amusants et le jeu ne se prend vraiment pas la tête. J'ai tout de même eu un bug où le jeu ne faisait que de quitter le mode plein écran. Les développeurs ont proposé une solution qu'on peut trouver dans les discussions de la communauté "Game won't stay fullscreen". Concernant les succès, il n'y en a aucun de manquable. On les obtient tous naturellement en réalisant le 100%, ce qui m'a pris environ 5 heures. C'est un bon jeu pour la période d'Halloween, mais un peu trop cher pour le contenu proposé.
