I'm loving this game! bought it on sale! very much micro-manage every single thing! so if you're not into that I wouldn't recommend. Only thing I dislike is the camera... Idk if it has a free mode but they should update it so you can spin around freely... 4/5 stars for me! I hate the camera stuff.

Выглядит хорошо, весит 1Гб, на начальных этапах с оптимизацией вроде норм. Но проходя обучение (спасибо, что есть), столкнулся с "lock" багом, пришлось перезапускать сначала. UI очень своеобразный и тоже сломался во время обучения. По итогу прошел первые два уровня обучения, из интереса запустил самую большую локацию с большой поликлиникой: 1. Просел FPS, 2. Не получилось отключить отображение стен. По итогу забил и сделать рефанд... За менее чем два часа, слишком много проблем с интерфейсом. Игра словно еще сыровата.

The most comprehensive hospital "tycoon"/simulator there is. The artwork is timeless, plenty of mods. One of my favourite games.
This game made me feel like a doctor lol jk, honestly, it is good killing time and easy to learn actually. game recommended!
