Prices
The United States storefront in every case, so this compares stores and not countries.
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.14/day in the week to Aug 23 → 5/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Dringend beheben
I absolutely LOVE this game, I just wish they would add new content in the updates. It can get slightly repetitive after a while but I still completely love it. A police version would be cool with functional prison, jail, detectives with investigation offices, Pat down, and forensics. Events such as raids, Prisoner riots etc. Depth could be from simple petty crimes where criminals are brought in and serious crimes where they're sent straight to jail/ questioning. Just an idea, but id LOVE this concept.

I have put almost 200 hours into the game and still feel that I have not scratched the surface. For context, I only played the tutorials and then went straight to building my personal hospital in the sandbox mode. I'm currently building my third hospital after learning from the mistakes I made in the first two. I also use many of the amazing mods made by the community that add so much extra customization, departments, diseases, etc. The fact that Oxymoron games made it so easy to modify the game is what has kept it alive for so long. Back to the base game. I'll start off by admitting that the game is not perfect, but that is ok. What Oxymoron has done here is incredible. The way they managed to turn something as complex as medicine and the hospital system into a digestible, enjoyable, aesthetic video game that still upholds a level of realism that no other medical game has is very impressive. I love how they allows you to be a builder, manager, and the doctor. If you enjoy building things from scratch, the field of medicine, and managing/optimizing to create a effective/efficient hospital you will love this game. What I would do for Oxymoron or anyone else to make a second game with even more realism and more content. PLEASE SOMEONE DO IT. As a healthcare professional I do wish the specialty system was more realistic. It would be cool to see more nuanced treatment options and more unique and realistic animations for each treatment/intervention/surgery. I would also love to see more diseases and specialities that are not mods. I also do have an issue with how not every disease has the most accurate symptom list and each individual symptom is the same no matter the disease and has the same treatment no matter the disease which is not realistic at all. I would love to see nurses have more roles in the game as well as other healthcare professionals such as respiratory therapist, physical therapist, etc. It would also be cool to implement a system where changes or adverse complications could occur to hospitalized pts already diagnosed and receiving treatment that require further interventions such as adverse reactions to medication. I understand that this kind of stuff might make the game less appealing to the masses but for us who love medicine and work in the field this kind of detail would be much appreciated. Nonetheless, the game is amazing and along with the modding community, it is has been 200 hours of fun with many more hours to come. Thank you Oxymoron Games.
This game is everything I've ever wanted from a management sim - floorplans, staff management, and my favorite part DOCTOR MODE! If you've ever wanted to pretend to be Meredith Grey, this is the game for you, you get to actually decide which tests to run and diagnose the patients. My only complaints are that when you first start the tutorial doesn't thoroughly explain everything, even almost 200 hours in I am still learning news tips and tricks from Reddit or through trial and error. I prefer building my own hospital to the premade ones, they are often pretty inefficient and it's easier to just start over. If you are looking for a more serious hospital sim than the popular cartoon-y title, Project Hospital is what you're looking for.
I love building hospitals that are chaotic but functional. I found this game from Let's Game It Out and have been inspired to build some... open concept hospitals with an empasis on community and together. Every room, including isolation has a well used vending machine.
以前在B站看折纸姬了解的这游戏,现在吗也是有能力去买它了。总体玩起来还是比较真实和硬核的。也不知道纽约市第一人民医院的萨拉女士出院了没:)
Janitors are very great. They can't let operating room dirty even when there is an ongoing operation. 11/10
If you enjoy pathway management, bottleneck analysis, and layered systems — this game delivers. What hooked me: Real diagnostic chains (you can’t just guess, you need proper tests) Staff specialization actually matters Insurance system influences patient flow Department layout directly affects efficiency Emergency overloads expose weak design instantly You don’t just build rooms. You design flow architecture. If radiology is too far from emergency? Delays cascade. If your night shift staffing is light? ICU backlog. If triage isn’t optimized? Entire hospital gridlocks. There’s no hand-holding chaos humor like other hospital sims. It’s clinical, detailed, and punishing in a good way. Downsides: UI can feel dense. Steep learning curve. Not flashy. But if you like managing systems instead of decorating rooms, this is one of the deepest management sims available. Still optimizing at 220 hours. Still recommending
作为一个医生来玩这款游戏,我觉得还是很不错的,诊断丰富,真实拟真,当加班用了
Easily the best game I have ever played. I'm so sad they don't do updates anymore, but honestly modding makes up for it. Very realistic, amazing game to play for people with a medical background or people wanting to learn more about the medical field!
