Good game, worth the money. Animation is nostalgic.... reminds me of Tecmo Bowl Tournaments 0n my Sega in the early 90s.

Wow!!! Does my team fumble every time I'm driving or did I get the "special edition"? Tried playing the first game after purchasing and three straight drive ending fumbles on first three possessions. Way to EA the hell out of it.
This is probably the best American Football sim on the market at the moment. Where the game is lacking there are mods available and it looks like the creator does add features over time. Until something similar to Football Simulator comes out for American Football, this is the best there is.
Enjoyable football sim. Nice visual engine, despite being 2D it's pretty entertaining.

As someone who admires the game of football so much to make a career out of it one day, I'd say this game is very fun and a good coaching simulator. Get used to the play calls and play types and it is very addictive.
This is a wonderful football simulation. I have blended NFL teams from different eras into a fascinating competition...........such as San Diego Chargers from the Lance Alworth era against the San francisco 49ers of the Jerry Rice era. So far, in carer mode the 49ers won Super Bowl 1 with San Diego taking Super Bowl 2 in a thriller. Jim Brown leads in career yards rushing after 2 seasons with Brandin Cooks and Jerry Rice leading in pass yardage receptions, and for QB - Ken Anderson and Patrick Mahomes lead. Highly recommended!
Having the most fun in editing my own league. I actually didn't play a single season yet, but I played a fictional league back in 2021 for six or seven seasons. Which I enjoyed a lot. If you like playcalling, it seems to be more intuitive than 2021 (not sure), I personally prefer CPU vs CPU, which is pretty enjoyable and entertaining to watch. With a big community there should be a lot possible in terms of online leagues. I hope some sort of multiplayer will be in a future iteration of the game (looking at a Blood Bowl like format).
