🔸 PUNTUACIÓN FINAL: 4/10 📝 REVIEW IN ENGLISH 🔶 A divisive cell-shaded reboot that showcased a graphic quality ahead of its time, but whose narrative and simplified mechanics disappointed fans of the original trilogy. This was one of those moments that foreshadowed how Ubisoft would shoot itself in the foot. After an incredible Prince of Persia trilogy, they decided to give the saga a cartoonish reboot where nothing made sense, a extremely poor story that made many of us buy the game purely because of the name Prince of Persia, which later would turn into Assassin's Creed that after countless games would do the same thing again, no longer knowing what else to invent to get some money out of you. The only positive thing I take from this game is how, for its time, it has better graphic quality than games of the moment using the same technology. Despite the narrative missteps and low difficulty, the cel-shaded art style gave it a timeless visual flair, and the acrobatic movement across the maps while restoring corrupted areas had a certain fluid charm to its platforming. ✅ Pros: • Stunning cel-shaded art direction for its era that has aged remarkably well. • Agile, fluid platforming with flashy acrobatics when traversing the environments. • Excellent audio design and atmosphere across the oriental landscapes and temples. ❌ Cons: • Uninspired and shallow plot compared to the emotional depth of the Sands of Time trilogy. • Complete lack of genuine challenge, as the Elika companion mechanic prevents player death entirely. • Repetitive gameplay loop centered on cleansing areas without much mechanical depth. 🎯 Conclusion: The 2008 Prince of Persia reboot was a bold risk that shone in visual presentation and aesthetic flair, but fell well short in story and difficulty. While time has kept its graphical beauty intact, for long-time franchise fans it represented a simplified shift in direction that failed to live up to the legacy of its predecessors. 🔸 FINAL SCORE: 4/10

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 7: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I recommend this game with BIG caveat. DON'T BUY this if you want an experience similar to the original trilogy. This reboot is different in it's approach to the combat, platforming and what is considered "game over". First off you cannot die, your AI companion Elika will save you if you mess up however that's considered "game over" state so there are some penalty to your actions. If you were in the middle of a platforming section then she will return you to where you started it. If you're in combat, the enemy will go back to full health. Notice how I said enemy back there, that's the second difference. All combat encounters in the game is against a singular enemy, there is never more than one. Combos still exist but not as many warrior within or two thrones. There is big focus on QTE's and doing perfect blocks to open up enemies to do big damage. If done right, you can finish most fights pretty quickly. Additionally, there not many combat encounters to begin with instead it focuses heavily on the platforming side of things. I want to say 85 to 90% of my playtime was platforming and it is not the same as it predecessors. Here the platforming is pressing the right buttons at the right time, nothing complicated. Here another important thing, most of the game you are going to collecting these orbs that is used to unlock new powers which enable you access otherwise inaccessible areas. You don't need to collect all the orbs, just enough to unlock the powers. The game was fun for me, however I can't deny that it is very different to the previous POP games and that MIGHT be deal breaker for you.
A fun platform game. Kind of glitchy with the controls. The input from my laptop keyboard wasn't that great but, the game works pretty well with my controller. There are some times that keys on the controller need to be spammed which I had a lot of trouble with both on my keyboard and controller. Overall a lot of fun though, I enjoy the dialogue and the general gameplay!

i know its not part of the first 3 main story of prince of persia but still a good game. Parkour is fun. I wish at the end you can just leave the gal lol and get the donkey. I forgot how easy it was to beat this game. I love the art and the witty sarcastic main character.
Jogão. Recomendo !!
