Very fun and enjoyable
Completamente recomendado
Great game. I have not enjoyed a PC game like that for a long time. Simple short story with exciting visuals and music. If you want to relax and spend a few hours with a kid, this is your choice. Stunning visual graphics, good controller compatibility. Playing on Xbox controller. Strongly recommend. Costs its money. Especially if you like science fiction.

Amazing game, worth a playthrough

So, in case you were online for gaming news and heard game being called “dad simulator” and such - it is completely justified. Finally technology caught enough to get insanely realistic animations for a child you could play with, without all the cons. Also probably very very good propaganda to get a kid. Lets talk graphics first - it is stylised, hover this is similar to other Capcom titles - looks like quite close to realism but still with subtle yet very distinct flair, so it cannot be mistaken for titles that aim for straight realism. Still, animation is of insane quality, especially Diana,m your little girl robot companion, her face and mannerism are on point and super entertaining, all those hijinx she does and every single interaction with your player character - Hugh. Same kinda quality is true for other elements, however considering that everything else consists of variety of bots and so few human-like characters, there definitely was quite a bit less effort spent there. Which is to say not bad, all those robots and such have great movements, however all of those combined probably are less in number than even quarter of Diana facial expressions alone. Design for levels and enemies is good, but not great in my opinion - i mean, they are kinda fitting - it’s a space base and supposedly robots made for efficiency, so supposed to be not very spectacular, still artists did decent job making variety even out of those conditions (especially second station, it was quite something). Audio was not as outstanding as it could be in terms of music, it’s just fitting, but would not say there were a bunch of tracks that elevated the game, they were all in very supporting role. Buuut, there are also in-game sounds and voice acting and those are insane - pitter patter of Diana small feet, her happy sounds and little exclamations are so damn enjoyable to hear. Same could be said about all your talks with her - emotions of such child were perfectly conveyed. There are ofc others who have conversations and quite few lines to say throughout the game, but they are not on same level for sure, not bad or mediocre, those are well done, but Diana level is unreachable. Plot is very simple for most of the game and to be honest not going to become that much complicated even at the end either. You go to lunar base in order to investigate situation there, not much is said about what exactly you are supposed to check, but probably reason was cut communications. Shortly after arrival things go awry but you got to meet Diana, which is definitely worth everything that happens before and after. Investigation of what’s going on and trying to get back to Earth are central plot and final goal, new details just enhance, not change. There are some kinda unexpected events and facts uncovered, mostly in the later part and while they change things storywise, none are worldshattering. There are multiple parts where you’d get your emotional check for both happy and sad stuff, obviously every single one connected to Diana. Pragmata would be pretty much pure blooded third person shooter if not for your little companion and her essential inclusion. So how it works - all enemies in game are armored bots of various kinds, so your guns won’t do much, you do dmg, but it’s really miniscule and would probably take all your ammo to kill even single starter foe. So to resolve that - you got a koala on your back that is able ot hack them in real time via mini game in order to “open” robot for a short period revealing its weak points, shooting which would finally show decent numbers. You could have a bit of progress, leveling your dmg, hp, hacking dmg, opening more slots for mods and so on. Hacking modules and modes could give you huge edge in battle depending on your choice, including chain stun, lifesteal, increased vulnerable state etc. And hacking added so organically into gameplay that even if there are multiple targets who swarm you, there are still tiny windows of opportunity between their attacks that should allow you to activate hacking and turn the tide. There are also ultimate abilities for Diana becoming available too when you progress far enough, also few exploration skills that allow to access previously closed areas add some reasons to visit previous locations. Oh, DLC adds some other motives, but won’t spoil that. Ending is pretty much only one here, not an rpg to have a bunch of them depending on your choices, but you could still get some bonus if you are completionist.
