Rougelike The Price is Right. Come on downnnnnnnnnnnnn!!!
Each difficulty just feels awful, take something away from the play, buff the enemies, and get nothing in return for beating it other than something telling you that how many drops it took to win, which is highly dependent on straight up luck of the draw based on what balls you get and what enemies you face, you fight mouse in your first fight? Hope you dont bleed to death before you can get any damage on it, need certain balls for the effects with the color you painted your board? Best pray you get the right draw, and no reroll on higher difficulties makes it near impossible to do a build on colors, this game practically just flips you off the whole time you play, and the last difficulty just starts breaking your board, what a lack of balance they put into the difficulties, its hard for the sake of being hard, not to make it more fun, its not some normal fun challenge its just a middle finger to the player, only won half my runs cause i had alot of money and one shot the bosses with the mushroom that does damage based on money, build ment nothing
Great fun so far.
Got this game because I figured it would be like Luck Be a Landlord and I personally would say it's better. The game is easy to understand and for the most part, the difficulty is just right for each of the levels and all of the levels feel refreshed and not drawn out if that makes sense.
Very fun game, complex and difficult enough to provide a challenge while also not taking too long to understand and progress. Not a ton of content, but definitely worth $7.
Love this game. Highly recommended. Whilst this game is still in development it a great way to lose a few hours. Although there are quite a few levels available already I like to replay levels already completed to see if I can beat my best. If you love a good strategy game mixed with the frustration of needing a bit of luck then you will like this game too. Good start developer and I look forward to full release!
Casual Time-Killer
This Plinko-style roguelike is a unique and casual game that’s fun for quick sessions, but it still has a lot of room for improvement. The mechanics are simple and easy to enjoy, especially if you like watching balls fall and bounce off pegs. However, the roguelike elements can be frustrating, especially when bad boards or enemy spawns leave you feeling helpless. While bonus items and saving a ball each round help, they don't always make up for the game's sometimes arbitrary difficulty. The lack of a save feature mid-run is a major drawback, as is the absence of a pause menu. Right now, it’s best to think of it as a quick time-killer. The core idea is solid, and while the game is far from perfect, I still find for the price, it’s worth a try, especially if you're looking for something casual.
Awesome game! Very fun and addictive :D
simple to get hard to master. Def worth a try.
Just finished my initial sit down with the game and it's shockingly fun. has some areas where it could improve like maybe adding a mode that either randomizes board layouts, mixes boards and enemies(like having the board swap every battle), or an endless mode. But what there is now is incredibly solid, very fun, easy to learn, and fun plinko mechanic. For it's price I would say it's easily worth it considering more content will be added. I wish I could put into words the oddly satisfying and simple gameplay of this game, but I can't, really just try it out and I think if you're already interested it'll probably be what you're looking for
