Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Sep 2 → 0.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Yay yuri!
Really liked this VN. The voice acting and atmosphere was really comforting, and the story was a lot of fun. They don’t over explain lore and just kind of let it be. The romance was very sweet and there were many inspiring moments to bring to your everyday life. The ending is also very satisfying. Very happy I got to read this one. 9/10
Please be happy. May the peace be with us.

What does it mean to be remembered? What does it mean to live your life to the fullest? Please Be Happy is an INCREDIBLY beautiful game that I thoroughly recommend to anyone who likes thinking about the meaning of life, and/or lesbians. As this is a game mostly focusing on the story, I'll point out everything that's not related to it so I can give my full focus later.

Art
The backgrounds are beautiful, the scenarios felt realistic and comfortable. There wasn't a single background that felt out of place or weird for the current vibe, and I'd do anything to actually visit these places, since they became so memorable to my mind! The character designs are creative and fitting of the style of the story, involving mythical species in a magical world living among humans. Every new character felt distinct, creative but familiar to the environment at the same time. My favorite is Aspen, but Miho, Juliet and Cello are some other favorites too. My only overall complain are some of the CGs. They are overall nice for the moment, and rarely break the immersion, but are just... pretty distorted. Proportions need some work! But still, the bad ones are an exception! The most beautiful in my opinion are the ones with Aspen, and
the final Eunbi scene.

Music
I'm not a music person, but I needed to mention: It's so peak. It's mostly calm songs, but I still listen to them frequently on Spotify. The ending theme makes me cry every time I listen to it! Every time Sketchbook or Flight of Fancy starts playing I start smiling.

Story
Here's the big part, let's go! The story of Please Be Happy revolves around multiple characters and their respective stories. Sometimes overlapping, sometimes leading to their own messages, but still never feeling out of place for the experience, or on the lives of the main characters. Throughout the game you can chose to interact with a bunch of extra characters, and their stories are really fun! Simple and goofy young love; the troubles of growing up, having new friends while being yourself; and the simplicity of life, appreciating beauty into a simple life-long goal (by that i mean catching a big fish). Miho's story is interesting! At first, it simply felt like a pretty new experience for a story, since it revolves on an unusual character: An immortal girl, who gets forgotten by everyone every passing day. Her story's messages focus on the importance of being remembered, understanding mortality, and finding your own meaning to finding your own happiness.
At first I had issues with how "her person" would be handled, but I could not be more satisfied. The way it's shown Jeong-in actually had their life impacted by meeting Miho felt like perfect closure. And the plot with Minseo was simply beautiful!
Aspen's my favorite. Mostly because 1. I REALLY love Aspen; 2. I REALLY love Aspen and Miho's relationship all throughout; and 3. Her plot feels by far the most grounded. Aspen struggles with very human problems here: Stress. The need to show your worth to those you care about. Feeling like you need to be someone worth their love, and any signs of failing could only mean you're worthless and undeserving. Some other themes involve the simple reality of love, friendship, and wanting to make someone happy. I won't go deep into it, but my favorite scene involves Aspen. Her love feels real, honest, and beautiful.
That scene made my cry SO much. The first time I played, I chose the happy option, but I simply cried out of relief from what I knew was going to happen on the other route. The feelings were written perfectly. The heartbreak I felt on Juliet's route was unbeleavable, even if I knew exactly what would happen. "And... you must be Miho." Oh and sorry but the dog is a pretty boring plot! His name being Happy is adorable though.
Juliet. Oh, Juliet. Her themes involve... Eternity. To find meaning. We're alive, but some day things will end. What if it didn't? How would you find meaning in one's life, if there wasn't death to keep balance? Juliet is wise, smart, the perfect guide and company. But she had a complex journey to become who she is. And finally, Cosette. Cosette is a character simply mentioned, but is the reason for the heaviest and most compelling scenes of the entire game. I like Aspen more as a character, but Juliet's route the one that makes the game what it truly is. "To die is human. To live is a privilege."
OH MY GOD LYRA. I could never imagine they would ADOPT A DAUGHTER. IT'S THE PERFECT ENDING TO COSETTE'S PLOT AAAAAA. The way Miho and Juliet approach her just like Juliet approached Miho is just... KNSCKFJHGSNDKFJNDS i love this game
This is such a special game. Voice performances elevate it so much and make the emotional moments hit so hard
It's Studio Elan, so you know that you'll be getting a good yuri VN at the minimum. This one is elevated especially by the voice work, however. I played through 2/4 routes (one of each LI and one of each cozy/wild ending), and I have to say: Juliet's VA is on another level. Just some absolutely devastating performances. Can confidently say it was well worth getting on release (even if I waited so long to finally finish it).
I love a well-written sapphic love story. Adorable characters and interesting world building. The artwork is beautiful, the story engaging and you do get to make a few meaningful choices along the way.
Fun read, neat characters. Yuri 4 life
