Got the game for $1.19 and I would go as far as to say that is highway robbery. The puzzles are perfect for the blend of a simple RPG mechanic and I got to about 20% in the hour that I have played so far (the beginning levels were a 5x5 I believe and I currently am at a 10x10). This is a luxury experience for the genre and if you are wanting to get into Picto's this is a perfect starting place.
Finally. This game teached me how to play this puzzle.
This game is fine and all, but if I'm being honest, this game just bores me. Its a picross game disguised as an RPG but there isn't really much that they do with that. The story is bland and the characters are just forgettable. Gameplay wise, forcing a timer in a picross game isn't a good decision and it doesn't help that any error is an immediate penalty. The awkward part about it is that this is one of those games where playing good gives you support items that you don't need while a struggling player gets stuck with nothing (Basically the rich gets richer). Mistakes lead to less gold, which is less items to buy, which means harder fights. Meanwhile, the good players have a boatload of money and only buy items as insurance or because they are too lazy to solve it the normal way. The only thing it has going for it is the tendency to go on high discounts. Its an interesting concept, but it just falls flat due to poor choices and going against the casual vibe of picross.
i like that they tried to put a twist on the puzzle game genre. i just wish it was implemented in a more in-depth way. did enjoy myself and also liked that the difficulty slowly but surely ramped up as you got further! would definitely recommend at discount.
I like it.
Fun and partially hard. Bunch of puzzles and the story that i definetly [strike] not [/strike] skipped.
Best game ever. I wish I could erase my brain to replay it again.
Non si sposa bene il gameplay che dovrebbe essere rilassante con un po' di combattimento.
