Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Not bad
If you are just looking for an occasional round of Golf (my career/quick game), this game is okay if you can get it for 10 bucks. If you want to play competetive or want to have maximum progression, be aware of several let-downs. First of all: This game is a poor copy paste from 2k23. Graphics are maybe slightly better, but not worth a mention. Audio (commentators) are exactly the same as before. Same course descriptions and same jokes. For a 70€ game, this is really unsatisfactory. Performance: Loading times are horrible, menus feel sluggish and unresponsive. The first and last hole on every course will stutter, especially when approaching the green/putting - no matter what (high end) hardware you throw at the game. Same with the flight over the course in the beginning and the end. Every interaction in My Career feels like the overambitious presentation the trainee at work prepared to "impress": He added every available transition effect that power point has to offer: After the last hole: stuttery video, winning screen, press A --> Scoreboard, press A --> Sponsor Progression Screen (boost overview), press A --> Sponsor Progression Screen (progress), press A --> Rival Update, press A --> loading, loading --> MyPlayer and Clubhouse Pass Progression, press A --> Equipment Progression. press A --> Event Results, press A --> Quest Rewards, press A --> loading, loading --> Message on Phone: Interview Option. Here you have the option to skip the interview, but you will loose a couple of "followers" or a bonus stat for the next event from time to time. This is what you have to click after EVERY event. It takes ages, is unnecessary, doesn't add any value and makes it annoying. Everything needs more clicks than necessary and has transition effects and/or loading times in between. It feels overloaded and clunky without adding value (like the follower system and the interviews). After a while, you will get the same messages from Rivals, the same questions in interviews and it is pure repetition - but you still need to click everything away. Going to the menu is horrible. It also has loading time and feels unresponsive. Receiving quest rewards adds to the "press A" party and takes by far too many clicks and too much time with too many transition effects - just to receive stuff like 100 MyPlayer XPs (depending on quest reward). Multiplayer (online): If you want to compete, prepare for people with the straightest hits ever and maxed out MyPlayers and Clubs. There is no system to balance the matches by skill, equipment level or anything. Can be frustrating and has a pay to win feeling, as you need plenty of VC to max everything - especially when you try to push multiple characters. Connection is horrible - even though you never have problems with that in any other game. Multiplayer (local): THE WORST! Since 2k21, 2k can't manage to make this an enjoyable thing. First of all, you can only play against "Guests". Every guest can select their own Golfer, but all of them have the same name. So in a 4 Player match, you will have: YourName, YourName (Guest 1), YourName (Guest 2), YourName (Guest 3). There is no balancing whatsoever - so you need to try to keep all the characters on a similar level if you want it balanced. This wouldn't be a bad thing, if all played characters would receive XP at the end of a local match. Noooo, only the main Player gets XP and you have to cycle the main character or level them aside of playing local multiplayer. Map Selection (search and filter) is clunky and slow. VC/Pay to win: You will feel this when trying to bring 4 - 5 characters to max level. For each individual character, you need to level up the clubs. After more than 400 hours of playing, I still only have 1 character with maxed out clubs and OVR 99. You might say "but I don't want to play competetive, so it's not that bad" - but you miss out on a lot of stuff, like different strokes. To level some of them, you need to reach OVR 85. It is reachable by playing, but you will miss the VC to upgrade your clubs then. It just doesn't feel right for a full price game - especially because it gets more with every new season. Maps: The only really positive thing I can mention are the community created maps. There are AWESOME! people out there creating beautiful maps which offer a nice distraction from the already well known official courses. Thank you so much for that! (Community, not 2k) So - why do I put so much time in a game I don't really seem to like? Lack of alternatives! The last EA game was even worse and all other Golf games are too comic style or not enough simulation. I am not too sure though, if I will buy a PGA 2k27 if there is one, as 2k is shutting down servers for the older ones and it feels like a pure cash grab with copy pasting the old game, making some unneeded additions but asking fully price + VC sales + Season passes

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 2: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 4/day in the week to Aug 25 → 4.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

How do you go from a good golf game 2K23 to a train wreak of a mess as 2k25. very, very bad game. dont waste your money.
This game is so unoptimized, loading screens take forever to load up, stuttering constantly and the pop ups trying to get you to buy crap is so annoying. Multiplayer, how can there not be a freeroam camera when spectating. Game is kinda pay to win, spend money to make you fella hit straighter or just slowly grind your stats. Be better if everyone was on the same level and it was just skill to win. Pretty much the same game as 2023 but at least you can queue without 3 clickers
Screw you 2k and your VC points
Game Is amazing when you start playing. Build your character that you can customize the way they look and model the shot shape on whatever you want. Career starts well enough with Korn ferry tour and working your way to the PGA. Then it hits, the "PGA Superstore" This is where all fun is lost. Because although you can get sponsorship with brands and unlock clubs at a snails pace, the clubs that belong to your so called sponsor are locked behind a paywall that will either take days of gameplay or hard earned money. This sucks all the life out of the game and takes you from super excited to play and happy with game mechanics to figuring out that this game is more like a part time job than a fun lighthearted game that lets you simulate a PGA tour career. That is when I requested a refund.
wanna play online? they added some garbage "swing bias" so now you have to swing at random angles instead of up and down. terrible change that ruins the game.
this game is trash at loading times, always times out. dont buy this game
2k stop hiring people that graduated from a college in the past 6 years wtf are these customization options why are there so many different pronouns why are all the hair options either for women/black people sick and tired of this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ infecting games not against representation but if your gonna do this supply stuff for every race not just ones you cherry pick. Second why are you even selling this game if your gonna to use microtransactions for power should've just done it for free like every other soulless money sucking mobile game company does. you dont deserve sales on this just shut this game down make it single player only and move on. Disgusting
Much of the same as before, but you will not complete the game unless you buy the extras. I love golf games, but hate the business model here.
