About
Your path will lead you to the Worldwound, where the opening of a rift to the Abyss has unleashed all-consuming terror across the land. For over a century, the neighboring nations have fought fearlessly, trying to drive the enemy back — but to little avail.
Now, you have the chance to put an end to this conflict, but the path to salvation is far from clear-cut. Will you become a shining angel, backed by noble paladins? Or a powerful necromancer with hordes of immortal undead in your thrall? Or something else entirely? Lead your army and challenge mighty demon lords. Your crusade will set in motion a chain of events that will leave you — and the world itself — forever changed.
Create any character imaginable with the flexibility, richness, and depth of the Pathfinder First Edition ruleset. Choose from 25 classes, 12 character races, and more than a thousand spells, feats, and abilities to suit your personal playstyle.
Your decisions have more weight than ever before. Your goal is clear, but you must forge your own path to it. Who will die, and who will live? Who will stay, and who will go? Make your choices, and watch the world around you change.
Enjoy two combat modes as you slay your enemies – real-time with pause or turn-based. Switch between them on the fly, so you can always take things as slowly — or as quickly — as you like. The unique Pathfinder ruleset also allows you to perform advanced combat maneuvers, like mounted combat. Use them wisely!
A cast of more than 10 unique companions is ready to join your cause. Earn their trust and respect, and they will have your back no matter what dangers lie ahead. And if you get on their bad side, well… Maybe it’s time to part ways.
You will need much more than a party of adventurers to cleanse the land of its demonic scourge. Take command of the crusaders and lead them to victory – both as a strategist, controlling the battle from above, and as a field commander, in a new tactical combat mode.
Explore nine unique Mythic Paths: obtain extraordinary abilities and shape everything that comes next. Your decisions might transform you into a celestial Angel, a raging Demon, a powerful Lich, a cunning Trickster, an otherworldly Aeon, a rebellious Azata, a wise Gold Dragon, an insatiable Swarm That Walks — or remain mortal and walk the arduous fantasy path toward becoming a living Legend.

I heard great things about this game, so I was excited to get it while it was on deep discount. However, I was sorely disappointed. Barely into the first Act, there are already three decisions the devs made that baffled me. First, is one concerning the combat mechanics. If you queue movement and a standard action, and you are not in range of said standard action at the end of movement, it will use up both actions for the turn, even though you could not use the standard action (I prefer turn based combat, so I use turn based mode). It eats up your character's whole turn for no reason. I understand the primary combat mode of this game is real time with pause, but did NO ONE test the turn based system?? Second, there is a common enemy early game that has an AoE spell that inflicts a status that leaves your characters unable to act (nausea). This makes basically every combat encounter in the early game a chore to get through, rather than an opportunity to explore the combat mechanics. Status effects are an important part of RPGs, sure. But when you are trying to get players into a 100+ hour RPG, making them sit through large chunks of combat where your party members can do nothing is more effective at putting them to sleep. Third, there is a battle early game where wave after wave of enemies spawn. After four of these waves, there was no indication of how many waves there would be or any sign of a boss enemy or the battle coming to a close anytime soon. Combine this with the aforementioned enemies that cast AoE boredom spells showing up here too, and it was too much for me to slog through. I had to close WotR and uninstall.
Игра на любителей, но великолепная для любителей.
Mid to late - Game and dunno guys, its not a bad game and storywise totally fine but there are times that this **** is unbalanced as f**k. i mean how the actual f**k u gonna hit 63 ac, Fast heal 20 and over 700 HP. to their defense it may be an optional boss but what the actual f**k are u smoking. sure lets give the lv 14 party an fking lv 35 monster with 8 lv 9 adds. oh and lets not forget, each spawn attack drains strenght so to be sure they dont hit. oh wait i got an even better idea, lets give the boss +35 in all saving throws, + 41 to hit AND a level drain ability on hit. sounds good? yeah welcome to pathfinder wrath of righteous, or better wrath of f**king dingeldongs. i may rage now and i will finish it but god will i be thankful once thats over. P.s. The fact that u cant respec characters without mod, and mods disable achievement and u have to get another mod for that is just hillarriosu. i like pathfinder as ttrpg but this is a disgrace for the system. Holy cow.
In-your-face politically motivated character relationships being presented within the first few hours of gameplay isn't something I can recommend in any writing in any piece of media. It was annoying and unnecessary tokenization in The Elder Scrolls: Online, and it's annoying as well as unnecessary tokenization here. Writing, ideally, should be subtle. The incident that inspired this review was about as subtle as high-impact dentistry via mechanical application of masonry.
Одна из самых лучших книг, что я прочитал за всю свою жизнь.
