About
Retro Arcade-style Rally Racing in repurposed Parking Garages in big cities across the USA
The “Parking Garage Rally Circuit” tour comes into a city, selects a parking garage, and temporarily turns it into an exciting rally course for a week-long competition. Each track in the game is styled as a unique parking garage that has been turned into a race course.
This is a hybrid of Rally and circuit racing. From rally it draws the jumps and “one racer at a time against the clock” time-trial format. However, the tracks are similar to circuit racing, with each race consisting of multiple laps around the same track (the track may change slightly from lap to lap, however) Controls are very tight, simple and arcadey, similar to Mario Kart (accelerate, reverse, steer, drift), but with a bit more dynamic “smash into things” physics.
After beating the gold trophy for a course, ghosts from other players just barely ahead of you on the leaderboard are automatically downloaded to race against, getting you into that "just one more" flow as you chase down rivals. Limiting the auto-download rivals to Steam friends only is also an option.
Create or join a lobby of up to 8 players for realtime peer-to-peer non-contact racing!
Connect some controllers and relive the glory days of split-screen multiplayer for 2-4 players with contact and non-contact options.

Designed to look and feel like a long lost Sega Saturn game that could have been released in ~1998. This includes low-resolution, low-poly, chunky textures of course, but also extends to the audio, simple interface, and streamlined game scope. Oh, and CHEAT CODES too!

Awesome
It's gas
this game is ♥♥♥♥♥♥ awesome
This game is charming, but honestly so janky and frustrating to play sometimes. It's like the slightest thing can make your car go out of control and fly off the map. Also a lot of the maps punish you for having high speed and the thing is, getting high speeds is really easy, meaning you have to constantly slow your car down to not fly off the course. I really want to like it, but the physics are so damn janky.
Solid little racer with Atari style graphics and interesting drift chaining mechanics. Tracks and vehicles are a bit limited, but good challenge with the gold trophy time trials. Leaderboards is what keeps this game alive pushing you to reach new heights. Physics can be a bit of pain when it comes to collisions, and of course, not to hate, but you need to endure ska music with the games very limited soundtrack.
amazing little rally game, had this on the wishlist for awhile and ended up winning it on x/twitter.
This game feels so good to play.
Incredibly fun arcade racer focused on drifting as its core mechanic, but the car increases its top speed as you chain together boosts in sequence. The game is easy to pick up and play, but seems to have a decently high skill ceiling, especially if you are chasing faster times. The courses are all really well designed and just the right length to be conducive to that "one more time" mentality, trying to shave seconds off your times. Everything related to time trials & leaderboards is implemented really smoothly in the game. Once you beat the in-game gold time, any subsequent runs will automatically download ghosts of other players who are just ahead of you, which is a nice incentive. There's also a nice grid view that quickly shows at a glance your relative place on each leaderboard (by increments of 10 percent, e.g. top 20%, 30%, etc.) so you can quickly see which courses you could use the most improvement on. Individual leaderboards are also easy to browse and load up quickly. Since it's a big part of the game, I just wanted to call out how well it all works. In terms of presentation, I love the retro look, and there are really handy graphics presets ("modern emulator" preset is the way to go, IMO) and options in game to play around with. If you wanted, you could give it a full upres-ed clean look with none of the fun stuff like wobbly vertices, but I don't know why you would :) Finally, I was unprepared for how hard the soundtrack of this game would go, it's excellent and I love everything about it! It's a great bunch of ska tunes that put a smile on my face. This game is just pure fun from top to bottom, definitely recommend. (addendum: if you want more PGRC to play, the European Tour DLC is worth the extra 5 bucks. Tracks are definitely a bit harder, with tougher gold medal times, but you're probably up for the challenge if you already played a bunch of the main game. There's also a bunch of new music tracks too!)
Very fun physics engine and great challenging maps and times. Runs very easily
MUITA DIVERSÃO E DOPAMINA NO MELHOR ESTILO RETRÔ!
