Race like it's 1995! Classic arcade racing action with split-screen support, a single player story mode packed with 30 tough missions and a cross-country highway with branching routes makes this one of the meanest racers around.

A game where you can't find where the controls are, except you try all keys of your keyboard but then the race is over cause it's time restricted. Very frustrating and completely lame the dev hasn't included the control layout or keys so you can play without being so frustrating the first second. Also the drive controls are something very anoying cause when you hit an opponent your car spins around so you lose a lot of time. The graphics are ok for a '95 game (almost as good as the first Nascar Racing game from 1994, no wait almost as good as stunt driver from 1990. So it's a big NO for me, sorry !
Reminds me a lot of Hot Wheels: Stunt Track Challenge for the GBA which is one of my favorite styles for racers lol so if you like that game you will ADORE this game!
-Weird hover car on ice driving/sliding feel that eventually becomes boring, slow, uneventful gameplay once you get used to it. -Car sometimes 360 spins in place when hitting other cars. -No options whatsoever, no way to change controls. Only manual gears. No Pause button. -Lengthy fade in/out between menu screens. -Speedometer/Gears display on left side instead of right like in every other racing game. -Unknown save file location in case you want to save unlocks and progress for future use or between PCs. -Pointless annoying tune plays after every checkpoint which makes it sound like there's music fading in and out constantly. -Linear career mode were you'll get stuck on the dumb and annoying mini-games such as the road being invisible or hitting enough snowmen before time runs out instead of actual racing.
Visually, WR95 is somewhat similar to Virtua Racing Deluxe on 32X. I wouldn't say it plays anywhere near as well as that game, but the driving mechanics are still decent. Collision penalties are the biggest issue right now, but the developer has promised to improve that aspect of the game in a later update. All-in-all, it's a nice little throwback arcade racer with a very palatable price tag. Update: Collision penalties have been reduced. No more spinning out upon any contact whatsoever.
this game is badass
A great game for its small price !
The WORST Steam game ever
I agree with the other guy, this game is really good for the price.
Fa schifo. Lasciate perdere, ingiocabile e fisica merdosa anche se usciva nel 1975. Ho chiesto il rimborso.
