This game is so good it literally saved my life

4.5/5 a MASTERPIECE. I lost count at how many times I cried from the story (and honestly in frustration at certain points). The gameplay can be quite challenging, but overall a wonderful experience that I'm so glad to have finally finished. The music and atmosphere are also on another level. Beautiful game with satisfying controls (for the most part). I will say, the final chase had be genuinely tweaking out. Great game!

Enjoyable and quick little game. The ability to use enemies and projectiles as double jumps is an amazing idea, it makes it so you don't just kill everything out of hand as you need to consider whether or not you need them for platforming or puzzles.

This is really such a great game! I am not very good at metroidvania/platformer games so it has been a little challenging for me personally, but I can't put this game down. I always end up coming back even after getting very frustrated at times. The art style, story, music, and character movements are just about perfect in my opinion. [spoiler] I haven't beaten the game yet, but so far it is very depressing. The beginning really pulls your heart strings and I don't feel like it gets any happier the more I play. It has a really good story, but man it is hard to play sometimes. [/spoiler]

Esse jogo me surpreendeu bastante, já tinha jogado outros metroidvanias como hollow knight, blasphemous e nine sols, e quando conheci ori, achei q seria na mesma pegada, porém, me surpreendi com ele, pois é um jogo mais focado em plataforma com uma linda narrativa que parece q você tá jogando um filme kkkkkk de tão magnifica q a arte do jogo é. Em contraponto, senti falta de um combate mais sofisticado (acho que é porque comparei aos outros jogos), pois seu combate é bem simples mesmo. Jogo bem divertidinho de jogar. Se você não conhece, recomendo!

It doesn't matter that this game was made over 10 years ago. It is still amazing today. Truly a masterpiece. This one will stick with me for a while.
