Game's amazing! Quite hard at the start but so good once you start getting the hang of it
Better than Slay the Spire imo. Combat system is great, and deckbuilding is great. Learning the enemy and boss attack patterns/ gimicks is very rewarding. Cards and artifacts are well designed, although some factions feel weak or inconsistent to build around. Tons of characters and decks to keep things fresh.
Bullet hell like rabbit and steel, less co op, more slay the spire. Very fast paced, reminds me of wizard of legend, I commend every roguelike with a pvp mode.
This game is hard, but that's why it is soooooo nice ! Played a lot on another account, bought it again because the devs deserve the money again :D This combination between deckbuilding and bullethell is going to get you crazy ! GO !
POV: sets game to lowest difficulty still too hard and cannot beat the game. There's too much going on on the screen to keep up so its more of a game of luck than anything else. The game would be amazing if it wasn't 10 times more difficult than a dark souls/elden ring. Can't recommend since devs need to workshop the gameplay difficulty.
PEAK Roguelike very fun and easy. free tip: DON'T ATTACK A GIRL IN A GREEN SHIRT YOU WILL REGRET IT
ong game is so fun. but seriously, it's really hard at first but not impossible. after a bit you start picking up the controls more and all the challenging battles just become really satisfying to beat
6) Aucune stats rogue lite uniquement du rogue like...

In fact, that deckbuilding is quite weak and, while there are some synergies, it's not that easy to get them going. If you prefer tactics over speed, One Step From Eden isn't the game for you. Let's break it down: On the action side, it's quite brutal for those not used to it. The screen can be very busy and without memorizing enemy patterns, it's almost impossible to dodge more difficult enemies. In fact, dodging is so important that it becomes the first skill you must master before making meaningful progression. Attacking difficulty depends on the spell, with some spells requiring perfect precision on moving enemies, while others are much easier to land. What greatly adds to the difficulty is the very few healing options available. Even healing spots offer healing so meager that you may as well go to the shop (which actually sometimes has better healing). Going back to the card part - the game has quite a lot of cards (spells) on offer so you'll almost always find something new and interesting. Some attacks inflict poison, some set things on fire and some break the tiles you're standing on. That said, because it's real time you better memorize what each attack does to be able to align yourself to hit your enemy while simultaneously dodging attacks. That's easier said than done, because you can have a TON of cards in your deck (if you so choose and there are benefits to that). One Step From Eden is not a game you just pick up and play - it requires dedication, memorization and commitment to learning what works and what doesn't. One Step from Eden is great choice If you like action-rhythm games with a lot of room to mastering it. However, if you're looking for a good card game to just pick up and play, One Step from Eden isn't the best choice.
Favorite mechanics
• Breaking tiles was a fun way to corner your opponent or yourself (oops!)
The positive
+ Quick runs + Action packed + Variety. Plenty of different heroes and spells to play with
The neutral
* The difficulty curve could have been better. I'm not stranger to difficult action games, but it quickly goes from 0 to 100 without much room to learn and progress simultaneously.
The negative
- Deckbuilding is quite weak
Conclusion:
Good action/rhythm game with tough learning curve but a weak card game. Requires dedication and you will like or dislike it based on your genre preference. Recommended, 7.5/10.
