ODA is a retrowave-style puzzle platformer. It's smart and unusual. Can it change your perception of space, time and your own life? Hopefully not. But it can enrich your perception of space, it can challenge you with quite unusual swap-mechanics.

unresponsive and inconvenient controls, strange game design in which many moments merge very strongly
So. I was the one of those who developed this game for GMTK Jam. And I was proud what the game was spotlighted there. But I left the development team and now I was excited to check how the game goes. I like the pros/cons type of comment so I'll do the same. Pros:

Hard puzzles. Or I'm not too smart for it.
Visual style. Especially the background.
The ball gun behavior. It's fun to play with it.
Early access. So the game will be improved.
Cons:

It looks like there might be more sounds. I really miss some step or jump noises.
Gamepad support. Maybe, there is a way to make it work but I didn't find it.
Greetings, looking around the store for games in the current sale noticed a noteworthy ODA. Its comic style drew me in immediately and I made a purchase. Once in the game and enlisting the help of the teleporter in our hands we begin to go through the puzzles. During the passage of the puzzle, to be honest I had to think hard (not often I play puzzles) Fans of puzzles dedicated to! P.S. No minuses for me.
After playing this game a little, I can say the following, at the beginning the puzzles are very easy, you just shoot the ball into the box and swap places with it. I didn't like the dialogues, they scroll through when you play and don't have time to read them. The music in the game is made in the style of cyberpunk, 8 bits. As a game to pass the winter evening, it's pretty good.
Quite a simple toy in visual terms, but worked out in puzzles. Run, think, jump, walk.
Play with your own style and atmosphere! Cool graphics! Many different traps and enemies! The game is very dynamic, I recommend it!
Really enjoy this game, surprisingly deep mechanich, art style and music are really good for a budget title. At first i thought it will be boring and generic, but boy i was wrong. It is hard to surprise gamer this days, but after boring open world action games and faceless indie titles, this small gem is realy stood out. p.s. hope developers will add Polish language
ODA is a quality platformer that reminds me a bit of Portal, mixed with indie games from my childhood. This game has interesting brainteasers and pleasant music, which cannot but rejoice. I recommend it for purchase.
