About
Inspired by the adventure and imagination that we love from classic science-fiction, No Man's Sky presents you with a galaxy to explore, filled with unique planets and lifeforms, and constant danger and action.
In No Man's Sky, every star is the light of a distant sun, each orbited by planets filled with life, and you can go to any of them you choose. Fly smoothly from deep space to planetary surfaces, with no loading screens, and no limits. In this infinite procedurally generated universe, you'll discover places and creatures that no other players have seen before - and perhaps never will again.
Play with all major updates since launch: Foundation, Pathfinder, Atlas Rises, NEXT, The Abyss, Visions, the 2.0 BEYOND update, Synthesis, Living Ship, Exo Mech, Desolation and the 3.0 update, ORIGINS, Next Generation, Companions, Expeditions, Prisms, Frontiers, Sentinel, Outlaws, Endurance, Waypoint (4.0), Fractal, Interceptor, Echoes, Omega, Orbital, Worlds Part I (5.0), Worlds Part II, Relics, Beacon, VOYAGERS (6.0), Remnant, Xeno Arena and The Swarm.
And now with added Cross-Save! No Man’s Sky now supports Cross-Play and Cross-Save between a huge number of platforms including PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 5 Pro, Xbox One and Series X/S, Game Pass, GOG, Nintendo Switch, Steam Deck, PlayStation VR 1 & 2 and PCVR.
Available for PC and Mac (see recommended and minimum specs for details).
An epic voyage to the centre of a shared universe awaits, allowing you to explore, trade, fight and survive alone or with friends.
At the centre of the galaxy lies an irresistible pulse which draws you on a journey towards it to learn the true nature of the cosmos. But, facing hostile creatures and fierce pirates, you'll know that death comes at a cost, and survival will be down to the choices you make over how you upgrade your ship, your weapon and suit.
Your voyage through No Man's Sky is up to you. Will you be a fighter, preying on the weak and taking their riches, or taking out pirates for their bounties? Power is yours if you upgrade your ship for speed and weaponry.
Or a trader? Find rich resources on forgotten worlds and exploit them for the highest prices. Invest in more cargo space and you'll reap huge rewards.
Or perhaps an explorer? Go beyond the known frontier and discover places and things that no one has ever seen before. Upgrade your engines to jump ever farther, and strengthen your suit for survival in toxic environments that would kill the unwary.
The galaxy is a living, breathing place. Trade convoys travel between stars, factions vie for territory, pirates hunt the unwary, and the police are ever watching. Every other player lives in the same galaxy, and you can choose to share your discoveries with them on a map that spans known space. Perhaps you will see the results of their actions as well as your own...

Benjamin Netanyahu told me to give this a thumbs up
The game was undeniably disappointing at launch. However, after coming back nearly nine years later, it's clear how much work has gone into turning it around. The developers have released years of free updates instead of relying on paid DLC, which deserves a lot of credit. In my opinion, they've done everything they reasonably could to rebuild their reputation. Nearly all of the features that were originally promised are now in the game, and they're still adding new content today. I had the most fun playing in Permadeath mode. Learning the game while knowing every mistake could end the run made the experience far more rewarding. I even managed to earn both the To Live Forever and Survival achievements in the same playthrough. Now I can finally relax and play Normal mode. Haha. Would I recommend this game? Absolutely. It's one of the best gaming comeback stories, and it's well worth playing today.
one of the best open world games
Always wanted to play this game since initial released, glad i waited so long. Incredible game, perfect for ADHD hyper focus. For some this may be slow paced, but that's half the fun, defs recommend.
Incredibly poor polish, designed to waste your time and offer nothing in return. A mile wide and an inch deep applies to this game all the same in 26 as it did in 16. It's ugly, poorly polished, lacking quality of life, aimless, devoid of wonder and whimsy, and excessively grindy EVEN IF you set resources to infinite, getting through the tutorial stage (which the notification for cannot be ignored) I still couldn't force myself to beat it. Of the 24 hours I played I spent tinkering with VR, and wasting my time. It is unbelievably boring and pointless. The "combat" in this game is boring and the flight model is sticky, lacking precision, and holds your hand for takeoff/landing anyway.
When it released, it wasn't worth it, but now it's one (if not) the best space simulation out there. Get it with or without a discount. 🧑🚀🚀
Ya los perdonamos ya dejen de regalarnos cosas
A game that is loved is just a great game. It's fun.
