Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 9.86/day in the week to Sep 15 → 14/day in the week after.

Each DLC is estimated with the same model as a game, then summed — a modeled figure, not reported DLC sales.

Reviews
The game seems fantastic, but this has to be the worst performance I have ever seen in my life. Disappointed with this purchase, unfortunately it is too late for a refund. Keep in mind my specs are higher than the recommended. The way that this game leaks memory that gradually fills your VRAM showcases just how talentless game devs have become over the years.
第一次给游戏评价,实在受不了了,2026年的游戏了画质糊就算了,一刮风全是马赛克,真受不了,画风看的人眼睛痛整体偏暗,看的眼睛难受的不行

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 6: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

90+ hours and still dont know what the ♥♥♥♥ is happening in the story
great
Love the gameplay. Love the series. Love the re-playability. Cant play the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game. FPS drops to 20-30 while exploring. Literally becomes a beautiful slide show when I try to play with others. Sat for a few hours over the weeks playing with settings. Best I could do was a tiny bordered window getting 30fps with somehow input lag. I dont know. Love the series, big fan. Would like to finish the game one day. Maybe after theyre finished doing dlc we can get performance fixes.
I hate the combat changes.
Let's start with the obvious: performance is terrible, the worst out of all the their games, even reccomended specs work bad and the things you have to do to get a stable gameplay, like changing monitor refresh rate to your fps is just bs so you don't have micro stutters. Now let's talk about all the bad designs and things they didn't learn: -some inputs were changed, some skills go into different slots, type E feels like it should be the base one. -samurai skill tree was mostly removed instead you have skill managment which is very limiting. -took away some samurai weapons into new ninja style. -ninja style is kinda meh, with it's gimmick being hitting enemies in the back, something you always did. -everything is tied to exploration; skill points, skills, skill managment, soul cores unlock, unique currency. -the open world design isn't very good, it feels stretched and empty and mission based maps were more fun to explore, now exploration is reduced to a spreadsheet -blacksmith changes are bad -the amount of equipment you need is way too much compared to drops, as you now have 5 armor sets 14 weapons and 3 ranged, have fun droping what you actually want. And why are most samurai armor drops and sets heavy? -omnyo box changes are fine, however having spells tied to soul cores suck with no good way to see all your .spells, the auto equip option is also poorly designed as it equipes armor that you don't have stats for. -they butchered the cool looking shrine UI and battle scrolls are mostly for replaying missions. And now the gameplay changes which completly killed the nioh core: -we no longer start with low/high stance??? Now they have to be learn for skills while special effect tied to these have been moved to skill managment(purification/perfect ki) is feels like something made for new players so they don't have to think too hard about mechanics -the combat is now faster, no longer tight, calculating and about abusing enemy weakness. It now comes down to; perfectly deflecting or dodging while spaming with attacks. -enemies are much more aggresive spaming with attacks, this doesn't matter as most enemies are very weak, you can constantly stagger, kill after weakpoint or use samurai/ninja mechanics to just burst their hp, making combat feel boring and without challenge. -Ki damage was nerfed across the board, making stuning human bosses very difficult even with ki regen reduction after counter. Yokai bosses will usually recover ki before you have the chance to deplete both ki bars as you no longer have any buffs against ki dmg(no earth element) and no good sources of ki dmg(yokai abilites). -Weakspots have bad hit detection(how?) instead of using high stance it is much easier to hit while jumping. As for the rest? New enemies have weakspots during their attacks while having barely any weakness to play around, the worst is propobly nozuchi which gets it's weakpoint while rolling towards you like a stone pillar. flying enemies now exist and are very annoying. -The new burst counter is just worse version, with new attacks being less predictable and more about learning timing and counter being more punishing while guardian skills depend on how fast they hit. -Samurai arts proficiency is broken op if used correctly, allowing you to onesidedly combo attacks nearly infinitly, it does however encourage reckless gameplay. -Ninja deals medium dmg and poor ki dmg while having insane backstab dmg and recoverable ninjitsu, a lot of ninjitsu has to be found in the world have fun with that lmao. early ninjitsu feels a bit weak, while end game it's extremly strong allowing to instantly inflict element or just oneshot enemies. overall not a very interesting playstyle, havily focusing on aggresion and dodging while limiting your moveset Overall it's disappointing, where nioh 2 expanded upon original nioh 3 takes away from it. It feels like the game was based on Rise of the ronin instead, while not learning anything. i hoped this would be the elden ring of team ninja, instead it repeated the same mistakes as ronin, having open world that gets boring after first map while having bad or frustrating enemy/boss design. NG+ does feature some interesting things but i can't really find any reason to go further or start a new game. Also i realized that team ninja releases/help release a major game(s) every year. This game studio is an actual sweatshop no wonder they fear the performance patch.
