Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.14/day in the week to Sep 14 → 0.4/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I bouth it when I watched Ghibli films. The game looks very good, the story seemed nice, but it took to much time to progress and I had not enough attention span with a newborn Now I don't get back into the game and it seems unnecessary, that I have to use companions to fight. Doesn't seem to be my type of game. I think, if you are young and have lots of free time, it might good enough.
i LOVE this game. studio ghibli animation, heartwarming story, fantastic gameplay, expansive characters, and so much more. my first experience of Ni no Kuni was a stampylonghead playthrough of the game. i got so hooked that i asked my dad for the game on my PS3 on my 7th birthday. the sad thing is... i just couldn't get past this one particular boss fight 50% into the game. i was young, and probably still stupid, and i dropped the game. i bought it again on steam just to fully immerse myself and figure out why i loved this game as a young kid and i now know exactly why. there is just so much SOUL and LOVE poured into this game. it is genuinely one of the cutest, most fun experiences i've ever had playing a story game. i love this game so much that when i got to the final boss... i couldn't make myself complete it. i have a faint memory of how the story ends from the stampy playthrough and yet... i just didn't want the game to end. i've NEVER felt this with any other game. i still have my save file from December of 2022 right before the finale :') if there is anything to pick up for this winter sale or any sale in the future, it is this game. $7.49 is an amazing steal for such a beautiful story. the amount of joy i received from playing this is something i can't put into text.

Don't listen to all the negative reviews this game both looks amazing and has a great story this has been one of my favourite games for years and for good reason
The first hour is a real test, It feels like you're playing an episode of Telly Tubbies or some shiii, its slow, its childish and the story is pretty bland. The animation is really well done and I really like the art style. The game itself seems to be aimed towards 7 to 9 year olds and their Nintendo Switch's. I'm going to give it another go at some point but for now, its coming across as a children's game, and I just can't get into it! Maybe it gets better the longer you play, or the younger you are?
ughhhhhh it drags you along Beautiful cutscenes with engaging and beautiful animation that sucks you into the story. Then the animation budget runs out and you get animated 3D models, which are much less animated but at least have engaging dialogue (i opted for the japanese even though I don't speak it - the emotions are there man, it's not just someone reading lines). then the voice acting budget runs out and you get text boxes, and then when that's over it's an hour of clunky combat grinding and mindless fetch quests You're about to quit and never come back and then another gorgeously animated cutscene happens and you're like "oh wow ok I like this" and the cycle of dwindling entertainment repeats help I might play this again just to see the next scene save yourself
Pros: Amazing music, great story, fun gameplay, awesome CGI cutscenes. Cons: A little childish, side quests can be tedious
Ghibli movie in a game form.
Чиловая джрпгшка, в конце только насрали мобами и финальный босс не хило так попу рвет
it's a beautiful game, but if you want to get all achievements, it's very tedious.
