Never Alone (Kisima Ingitchuna)

Really nice educational story that incorporated puzzles throughout. This game would likely be smoother (and simpler) as a co-op, but I do believe there is a lot of satisfaction playing single player. Had some issues with glitches (ie. environment was not moving as intended which required restarting the game, occasional random inversion of movement, slow following of the second entity, etc). Despite the occasional mechanical glitches/bugs, I really appreciated the educational and cultural aspect that was the foundation of the game and I feel others would enjoy it as well. Note: A 100% Completion requires the DLC.

A beautiful, moving puzzle-platformer that acts as a playable documentary, perfectly blending Alaskan Native folklore with emotional gameplay. It's a short but profoundly touching experience, especially if you play in co-op with a friend.

Очень интересная этническая игра. (Пройдена за 7,7 ч.) Хорошо вписаны в сюжет рассказы инуитов. Прикольно то, что можно посмотреть видео про их жизнь по мере прохождения . Хотя для пущего эффекта было бы интереснее, чтобы в конце открылись все видео, а не только не которые нашли. Также для человека, который играет один и не особо силен в играх, будут сложности в управлении: все завязано на кнопках в одном месте и это невозможно изменить. Плюс, если играешь один, включается следование персонажей друг за другом. А это иногда очень фатальная ошибка (девочка имеет свойство сигать в любую пропасть следуя за песцом). Так что, если есть возможность лучше играть вдвоем. Потому что иногда еще надо быстро переключаться между героями во время преследования. для очень впечатлительных сильно трагично показаны моменты смерти героев (а это происходило часто, я просто выкрутила звуки героев на минимум), потому что они просто рыдают каждый раз. В целом игра очень красивая, последовательная, для, тех кто любит разгадывать загадки, летать по ветру и слушать интересные истории.

Eu fiz 100% desse jogo, e posso dizer que apesar da história bonita e as referências culturais serem interessantíssimas, as mecânicas de jogabilidade são terríveis. Os controles não respondem direito, os puzzles são frustrantes não por dificuldade, mas porque as mecânicas te fazem falhar sem motivo, diversas vezes eu falhei sem saber porque, fiz novamente a mesma coisa e consegui. A única parte ruim do jogo é a gameplay, mas a gameplay é tão ruim que não dá para recomendar esse jogo. Seria um ótimo filme, mas é um péssimo jogo.

Looks nice and is fun the first half, but the terrible controls turn the second half of the game into pure frustration.

Proof that games can be spiritual, educational, mystical and beautiful whilst still being enjoyable to play. I love this game from the bottom of my heart.
