This collection could be only A Shimmering Shard of Spacetime and it would still be worth it. If you are thinking of buying this, A Shimmering Shard of Spacetime is the reason too. It's got a lot of heart and is about as funny as Extra is. It's also pretty long, which is a nice bonus. The other two side stories aren't bad either though one is much better than the other. Adoration is a lot of fun with a pretty good cast and ending. Resurrection is fine, I suppose. While it does star Isumi's Valkyries at least, it's focus on fanservice above all else robs it of most of the interest it could have had.

Altered Fable (Shimmering Shard) review ONLY: It's only worth it if you're ready to drop all stakes, everything that was built up, is gone. At least physically, there are references to the main games, but it treats itself like extra did. If you want full enjoyment, you have to be in the right mindset, don't forget what brought you here. Otherwise you'll drift apart from Alternative. It's a sequel, but it's not Takeru's sequel.

De toda la franquicia, si lo que mas te importa es jugar la saga principal. No te hace falta jugar otra cosa que la trilogia inicial. Si te hace falta sentir y vivir mas de lo que ocurre depues. Aca conseguiras reencontrarte con tus protagonistas favoritos. Pero no como una continuacion gratificante, sino como una critica hacia el lector. Si realmente te interesa conocer, adelante, juegalo. Pero espero que sepas, que el final de alternative es el final perfecto. Y todo lo que tenga que ver con Takeru es meramente alimentar el morbo o querer encontrarte con tus personajes con los que te encariñaste, hacer minijuegos y seguir una historia que ya termino. Pero si sientes que necesitas esto, es porque necesitas darte tiempo para sanar las heridas y rejugar la saga mas adelante. Me lo agradeceras.
