Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation Quest of Memories

I am a pretty decent fan of Mushoku Tensei, after my friend had me watch it, it has grown on me, and that comes from a guy who doesn't watch a lot of anime. So, when I heard there was a game of it, I thought it would be pretty fun! I had my friend join me on call for the most horrible 60 minutes of my life. For one, the game has reused assets EVERYWHERE. I hope you like Rudeus telling you to play only for 1 hour, because you will hear that multiple times while traveling through reused asset field. Every single location looks around the same, and I would forgive this if the graphics didn't look like they came from the Wii. 2nd, this game has the weirdest use of cutscenes I have ever seen. It's either a still shot taken from the anime, or the 2d png's awkwardly sliding into frame. VERY SLOWLY sliding into frame. 3rd, while the music is pretty decent, it does NOT fit the theme of the game. Why am I traveling through a place called Devils ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and hearing tropical music??? "But you only played for an hour!!!!" If a game does not interest me in a hour, then is it really worth my time? Maybe I would play longer if this game was $15 or $20, but this was almost $50!!!!! Do you know how much I could buy for that??? This is piss-poor shovelware that ANY IP could use. I'm not kidding, you can change the characters, locations, and story but keep EVERYTHING else the same; like gameplay or assets, and BOOM. This game slaps Mushoku Tensei across the title just so they can suck $45 from your wallet. It's insane how awful this game is. Somebody had to PLAY this and say it was good enough for publishing. HELL I PLAYED THIS. It cuts STRAIGHT to the middle of season 1 btw. After turning point 1? I get this is a game for the fans, and most new viewers won't start by playing this. So if that's the case why do I need a recap of the whole ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ story??? Why are we skipping the start of season 1??? The game STARTS after paul's death and is literally just a flashback. Why couldn't this be real time? There was 0 reason for this to happen? Was this game made in under 2 weeks??? The only good thing about this game is that under 100 people downloaded it, so I hope you made no money off this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. I am happy so many people refunded this, because that's what I will be doing. Also, NO ORSTED??? MAIN VILLIAN??????? SCARIEST GUY??? INSTEAD WE GET RANDOM ASS MONSTERS THAT THEY PULLED OUT OF THEIR ASS. WHEN WAS LOVELY BUNNY IN MUSHOKU TENSEI??? This game is not good. Please please please go spend $45 on something actually worth your time. It wasn't even a "so bad it's funny" game. It was just a BAD game. If you are a BIG fan of mushoku tensei, maybe...just maybe you will find some joy in this game. if you are ANYTHING else, PLEASE just watch the show and read the light novels. 1/10, just because talhand is in it.
