Not really my type of game, but I really like how it references an old MMO game I played long ago. Good memories, but absolutely no time to play it again.
I find myself saddened to once again be posting a negative review about an idle game I had on my Wishlist for a good amount of time, this game is slow, strange and all in all just lacking, there's no real pull into any of the quests/side characters, the levelling systems are just plain mediocre, the upgrades and gear are all but useless and the customizability is non-existent, as someone who LOVES RPG games and has played far too many idle games I can say with confidence that the only way I would ever get this game in hindsight is if it were free, and even then it would likely be a game that I'd play for a few hours and then delete leaving in the ever growing abyss of unplayed games in my library, please trust when I say I was truly looking forward to this game and it brings me no joy telling you it's not worth the price or the time whatsoever. 3.5/10 Don't waste your money.
The core gameplay of the game is actually pretty fun. Much like their other game Tower Walker. Unfortunately a lot of the content, that in my eyes should have been core, are left out. So as much as i would love to recommend the game it is currently not justified to do so. You are not buying a whole game. Just a slice of the pizza. The game should have the EA tag in my opinion as it is not a fully finished game. The question is wethere the expansions that the dev is talking about are paid DLC or free content updates. Hopefully, as in their other game, most of it would be free expansion. But we will have to wait and see for our selves. Currently definitely not worth €15... Even if i get a lot of hours out of the game it should not be priced at that price since it's only a slice of the whole pizza.
Good idle game. Very solid core gameplay, but currently it feels like there is a lack of content.
nice while watching a stream
if you enjoyed tower walker (as i did) then you'll like mushi. same formula with a lot of the rough edges smoothed over
Yes
the game is now worse when tower walker is, after the dev nerfed everything, it was fun before but after now after the changes (nerfs) and everything is just boring and not fun (good job dev) -.-
I'm pretty sure the majority of positive reviews for this game are paid or botted for some reason, as they are flat out incorrect about mechanics. Not even like an opinion or "this thing is bad thus it doesn't exist" They flat out lie about content available in the game, and have low amount of hours--in an idler game with no offline mode, so the only progression is by leaving the game running. Anyway, it's full of bugs, has barely any content, the crafting mechanic barely exists (you can't craft gear, only consumables, but they take so long to grind for, you grind for an hour to get consumables that'll last you ten minutes) the cost of crafting stuff is so high it's better to just grind money and buy what you need. Despite being an idler, many mechanics require micro'ing such as dungeons, bosses, and collecting the items to get more attempts at those without waiting for their very long cooldowns like this was a mobile game or something. And to top it all off, Dev is obsessed with constantly nerfing the players, I guess to stretch out what little content in this early access game in disguise actually has.
I expected more for a sequel. It´s just Tower Walker. The icons and menu UIs feel and look the same. I see no improvements, the few talents which are unlocked in the beginning are filled in the first 30minutes-1 hour. If those abilities were just skills you´ve bought at the trainer, and the map was a tower, it would be the same game. Gonna play a bit more to unlock the companions system, but honestly when I read the few hints in the UI about these, they´re most likely like in the first game, just with another visual. So yeah, very disappointed for a sequel for 15€ which is 90% the same a the prequel.
