Morphite

I REALLY hope the developer is reading these reviews because I want to let it be known, I think I HAVE FOUND IT!!! Is the game perfect? No. Does it open the doorway for something that could change history? OH YES!!! The Metroid Prime Clone! Listen, I like the game. I am going to play more of it. I really hope this turns, dare I say, a Metroid killer. I wish the best of luck! I can't wait to continue playing it.

its fun at first, until they introduce the grappling hook and the racing. theres quite a few bugs still. but thats what seperates this game from being loved to just liked. still very enjoyable and for 15 bucks ive played quite a bit.

Morphite é um ótimo de jogo de Aventura e Exploração de mundo aberto. Os gráficos são excelentes e contém um belo desempenho.

I unfortunately experienced several bugs such as missing textures, clipping through the graphics and getting stuck, falling through the ground etc. There is also a weird flight mode that you can't get out of without restarting. Then I hit some bug which prevented my from continuing the story so I called it quits. At least an hour of my steam time is replaying the same part over and over trying to get the next checkpoint but the game was stuck. Regardless my enjoyment was already waning as the game-play ultimately gets very repetitive. The main mechanic of scanning flora and fauna just becomes a chore because you can't tell which ones you've already scanned as a lot of things just look the same. Your millage may vary of course but its a no from me.

9 hours in and the game started glitching out. Key parts of the UI became corrupted and I was unable to progress because I could not craft some thermal upgrade that I needed to be able to get to some kinds of planets. I came back to see if it would be worth giving it another shot. Reading other peoples reviews it seems the game is still buggy and it probably never got the testing it needed. Seems it was abandoned by the developers a year after release. I assume it just never sold as well as they hoped and it probably should be pulled from the store. It's a shame because it was fun. A kind of off-brand No Man's Sky that actually does some things better. Shame a lot of people who play it will probably never be able to finish it.
